Water talisman detail.png

The water talisman is an item that allows players to enter the Water altar located southwest of Lumbridge and southeast of Draynor Village in the swamps. It can be combined with a tiara to make a water tiara for 30 Runecrafting experience at the water altar by using the tiara on the altar. The tiara can be used in just the same way and can be worn.

This talisman can be consumed to create combination runes. Magic Imbue removes this requirement.

A water talisman is used in conjunction with an air talisman as tertiary items in creating an ice titan pouch and as the tertiary item for a geyser titan pouch.

Water talismans may also be purchased from the Runecrafting Guild for 50 Tokens each.

The water talisman is required in 2 Lumbridge Tasks: making at least 1 water rune, and making 100 water runes at the same time.

The water talisman can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the water altar, and 100 free water runes every day. This will consume the talisman.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • It has historically been the most expensive regular talisman due to its high use as a Summoning ingredient. However, their price gradually declined until the most recent collapse in 2021 (likely due to the release of the Arch-Glacor which drops them in large amounts).
