Re:Those Meddling Penguins!

It's more or less, always, a coincidence. Once penguins spawn at reset or when there is a system update, penguins are free to roam to the extents of their boundaries. The crate you saw on the fifth was actually the NW Ardy penguin that spawns near the Outpost! Even though penguins on all worlds spawn at the same place, a penguin on one world may stay around the Ardy area, while the same penguin on another world may go all the way to the Digsite or Oo'glog (not likely, but possible). I've been hearing more and more reports of penguins there, which confirms my suspicions. When they released the Gates and Guards surrounding the Starting Area, penguins can no longer get in or out of that area. So, penguins that spawn outside of the area are very likely to run into the Fally Farm area as it's in the center of things there. A penguin can will run against the barriers of the starter area and walk right into the Farm area where it's likely to be trapped if some doors and gates are open.
I'm sure you're you're wondering why the maps don't show the full roam range or similar. I've tried this before in the past with my very early Penguin Locations Videos, and you can't hardly see what they're showing if it's zoomed out too much, and if I zoomed in more, it'd take forever to make o.O I'm glad they help! I was fairly frustrated when I found I can no longer post links or embed the Locations Videos, as I, like many others, are visual learners. Sorry for the long explanation, and as a tip, DDL I found works so much quicker than having to type out "Distractions and Diversions Locations". Hope this helped! Then the crate must have left (if it's the same world) and another penguin, most likely being Burthorp, but possibly 4(?) others, went there instead. Since you couldn't spy it, it just means that you've spied that one before this/that week. Penguins cannot change costume during the week (with one exception during H'ween with the Pengkins). "If I lock my house portal with people inside, does anything happen?" A: No, people in the house notice nothing until they die/teleported/booted out of the house. Then they will find that they can't get back in.

In Other News In recent months, activity on the RSWP has gone down, therefore, The Golden Quill awards has been created to award the best content we have seen this past year. The awards will be given out in late April or early may, thus celebrating one year since the creation of the paper. The six best articles in the three categories will be put up for voting in a forum poll, and the top three in each as voted by you will be judged for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place; just to ensure that all is not said and done when the poll is closed. All nominations will have a star placed on their article as part of the reward, as well as bragging rights at the award ceremony hosted by Chia. Contact Stelercus for more information. Your not supposed to use the QBot for personal messages, because that's not what people are signing up for when they sign up to receive notifications on new RSWP articles. You could, however, tag it onto the Community Quark Board section of the most recent message. All the RSWPN messages are submitted in Project Template format, so this should not be an issue. Jack and Me agreed to the policyish thing I mentioned in the post above this that some people do not want to get the personal messages, so we created the Community Quark Board section for those messages so that they are not the main focus of the message, but may still be included.
