Shakroth[edit source]
Do you know where the term Shakroth came from? I can't find any references to it anywhere. NeutralinoTalk? 17:23, 12 August 2019 (UTC)
- I suspected that it was from a livestream! I actually asked this same question on the demon template article's talk page, but didn't get an answer until now. Thanks! NeutralinoTalk?

RE:Black mask[edit source]
Is there any source for the black mask to be Xau-Tak's symbol? Talk-to Kelsey 01:40, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
- This is speculation, many things could be the symbol. Unless there's anything official, I'm going to remove it. Talk-to Kelsey 01:58, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
- What're the references you're talking about? Talk-to Kelsey 01:59, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
Pig like creatures[edit source]
Hi,
Regarding your reverts to Template:Pig-like creatures, it may not be explicitly stated in the style guide, but is bad form and provides unnecessary strain on the servers. I should know - I used to do it too. Scuzzy Beta

Recent edits[edit source]
Hello, I was hoping I could check in with some of your previous edits that attempt to utilise the style guide for editing in a way that shouldn't really be used, such as this. Disagreeing with the way somebody edits an article or template is not something you should fight over, as this would violate RuneScape:Ownership in that policing edits to a certain topic or concept is more inhibitive than helpful. Further, I'd like to point out that said user in the linked edit is a long-time editor and an administrator on our joint-sister site, the Old Schoold RuneScape Wiki.
One last point is aggressively trying to use editing styleguides and policies to help yourself police edits would also fall under RuneScape:Gaming the system, which is a no-no. I'm referring specifically to attempting to use the 'good faith' policy and the 'three-revert rule' policy to prevent your edits from being modified.
Trust me, I can focus on topics like a laser myself when it comes to editing, and I've made a few templates like 'pig-like' in my spare time (Personally, I'd disagree to linking Tuska and especially the Airut, being somewhat but not fully based on pigs (especially being otherworldly and Airut being sideways-mouthed minotaurs)). You're interested in adding to the wiki and we could always use people like that, just know when to yield to other users and accept feedback.
Open up and ask others for opinions on how to edit something in a way you feel would work out the best. We're here to help make the wiki better too. Feel free to leave us messages on our talk page if you need any more help with editing or any clarification. Coelacanth0794 Talk

Moving pages[edit source]
Hey, I see ye tried moving a page by copypasting the contents of one page onto another. I've undone this. The proper way of moving a page is using Special:MovePage which lets us transfer the page's edit history, talk page and subpages quickly. I've also sorted out the page links (found via Special:WhatLinksHere) so that all pages that linked to genie now link to the proper page Ciphrius Kane (talk) 00:03, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
- What are ye trying here? Ciphrius Kane (talk) 01:29, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
- That's cause it's a redirect [1]. My guess is ye were going to create a blank talk page, like Template talk:Fremennik, and I'm wondering why Ciphrius Kane (talk) 10:36, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
Vote in the Weird Gloop elections![edit source]
Hi Ppizzo278!
Because of your involvement with the wiki, you are eligible to vote on the candidates for the board of Weird Gloop, the company that hosts the RuneScape and Old School RuneScape wikis.
See meta:Weird Gloop elections/2019/Candidates for candidate presentations, and meta:Weird Gloop elections for how to vote – it'll take maybe 5 minutes.
There are 4 candidates for RuneScape, 4 candidates for OSRS, and 1 candidate for pt-RuneScape. If you'd like to influence who represents the voices of these communities inside the company, I strongly encourage you to vote! You are one of only 204 people that meet the requirements, and this is a chance to help shape the future of the wikis.
