In reference to https://runescape.wiki/w/Armour/Free-to-play_Magic_attack?s=wl (the combat robe top) I checked my stats when I equiped and it gives the same amount of magic attack increase (3), but only 3 extra strength I believe. Disatisfied when I spent 200,000 gp on it to find out it isn't worth the money when the standard wizard robe top does relitively the same... I would appreciate seeing this stat change unless the is info I should know, but do not have access to find out.

I only added those armours to the minigame category because I noticed that the Trickster armour was already part of that category so I figured the other 2 hybrid sets belonged there as well. Broken Home NPC maps

I can see a use for those articles having a map, it could at least point to the specific room they are in. If you took a wrong turn and got lost following the guide, it is easier to re-orient yourself with a map (+ goal location) than to try and orient yourself using the steps you had/have to follow. Re: Black NPC maps

I believe the coordinates for the tenacious toucans are actually correct—if you zoom or scroll a bit, you can see the upper levels of the Shilo Village buildings just to the west. However, I'll grant that the resultant maps are less than ideal, since the map tiles don't include any detail of the jade vine maze.

I'll change it to a generic blue rectangle at ground level, and investigate later if there's a way to have both the ground level rectangle and the exact spawn pins on the appropriate upper level if a user chooses to expand the map and navigate up/down. Hi. Just responding to the message above you left me yesterday.

The reason I reverted the chathead image was for consistency. For example, if you look at the RS Wiki pages for the white, blue, red and green partyhats, the chathead image is the one I reverted the image into.

Also for the picture of the item equipped, I reverted it because I felt that the earlier version is much more representative of how the item appears in game and is also taken from a much better angle, making the item more distinctive. In addition, this earlier version of the item equipped is the same as the current version which is being used for the main page on partyhats (https://runescape.wiki/w/Partyhat) as well as the same as the image used for the blue partyhat (https://runescape.wiki/w/Blue_partyhat)

Therefore, if you would agree, I believe it would be better to use the earlier versions of the yellow partyhat for both the chathead and the item equipped.

Deletion of guide images

Hi, May I know why you deleted so many of my images that formed part of the Orthen Dig Site guide, labeling them as "unnecessary images"? Its such a grey area, and I find it kind of sad that you would strip most of the visual content of the page and make the guide less helpful and harder to follow. Recent Events

I apologize, I didn't intend for the user to start a war. I reported the user on the anti vandalism page before reverting the discontinued page back to its previous version. This was the second day the user had edited it. Today you can see here I stated in my comment to the user not discontinued. The wrong version of this user remains Earhart the penguin token

Viewing edits here you can see they were making many small edits making it difficult to undo. I did try submitting less undo's and wiki wouldn't allow it.

Did I use the anti-vandalism page incorrectly? If you can advise me on how to deal with this in future or who to contact in case any issues arise. I may have been wrong in thinking that highlighting the issue in this way would stop the user adding incorrect information two days in a row.

Fire Giant Drops

I killed about 370 fire giants on f2p and got 10 uncut sapphires, 2 uncut emeralds, and 2 uncut rubies. However, I cannot add these to the normal drop table. The Rare Drop Table is marked as "very rare" for fire giants. I didn't get any other rare drop table drops. Are we sure sapphires, etc aren't a normal drop for fire giants? You reverted it when someone else tried adding it to the drops about a year ago. MantisMan (talk) 16:47, 28 March 2021 (UTC)

Do you have any old computers you played RuneScape on?

Recently we've been trying to recover lost versions of RuneScape that Jagex didn't save. We're asking anybody who played from 2001-2012 to check old computers, laptops, hard drives, or backups for old RuneScape files.

Your userpage says you've been editing the Wiki since 2009, so it's very likely that you have one of the missing versions. It would be great if you could search any old devices you may have so that these older versions of RuneScape aren't lost forever.

Re: Virtus Equipment

Ah, okay. I was kind of thinking of just the armour set and not the weapons, since the virtus armour set on the GE doesn't include them. Would it make more sense to have the weapons separate from the armour? It's kind of odd, since Ranged has the Zaryte bow (but that isn't Pernix, so it wouldn't make any sense to include it on that page).

Like, for Barrows there's a consistent 'structure'(?) to their sets: weapon, helm, body, legs. But for something like Masterwork, there's Masterwork, Trimmed Masterwork, 'Trimmed' Masterwork Spear of Annihilation - should that then be part of Trimmed Masterwork equipment? I honestly feel like maybe it would make more sense to separate the pages into 'Virtus armour' and 'Virtus weapons' but then someone might come across the armour page and not realize that there are T80 magic weapons as well. (also the way that the page is currently structured makes it seem like the GE set mentioned above contains the wand and book)

Do you know of an easy way to solve these 'issues'? I think it's more of a 'Jagex is inconsistent' thing than a wiki thing, but what can ya do lol
