Your quickness of edits

I can only figure two explanations for how you edit so quickly:

1. You open up several pages, prepare the edits, and click "Save Page/Upload" all within one minute

2. You use a bot to edit

If it's the first one, please don't. It clogs up the recent changes and makes it harder to spot Vandalism. If it's the second one, you need to have a Sysop to contact Wikia to flag you as a bot for the same reason. Also, if it is a bot, mind me having the scource code? --— ^En_ig^ma 14:07, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

However, say you were showing 500 edits, and there was Vandalism near the bottom of the page that the Anti-Vandal hadn't gotten to yet, then, all of a sudden, 12 edits by Nacho Novo push the Vandalism off the page. Now, the Vandalism won't be found until someone browsing the wiki finds the article vandalized and finds the part of the page that was vandalized, which could be days or even weeks, then, if the user wasn't a sysop, and even knew about the CVU, they'd have to report the vandal and wait for a sysop to check the CVU and THEN the vandal would be blocked. Say the user that found the vandalism didn't know about the CVU, and all they did was undo the edit. Then, until a sysop or someone who knew about the CVU looked at the history of the page, and the difference between the revisions, which could be months, and only then would the vandal be blocked. It's a bit far fetched, but it's happened, and it is very possible for it to happen more. It's a chain reaction. Please, just do one edit at a time. --— ^En_ig^ma 23:12, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

Hmm I guess so, the problem I have a lot of the time is I really can't understand what is serious vandalism. I mean I know page blanking and inserting crap is serious, but what about putting in false information to confuse users ?

Personally I go with a "how much harm could it cause" approach to misinformation in articles. If what they did could cause someone to lose valuables and/or time, then its as bad as swearing. If what they inserted is ridiculously easy to spot as fake, I consider that less serious. I don't think any two admins have identical standards. --Degenret01 05:35, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, one for the charged and one for the uncharged. The DFS and crystal shield are both similar, except they have stages in between... maybe just show fully charged (50 firebreaths/new shield) and uncharged (0 breaths/ 1/10 shield).
