Image Edits[edit source]
I have been following recent contributions, and have noticed that some of your images either do not meet the RuneScape Wiki's Image Quality standards ([[File:Ice Giant.jpg|50px]]), or they simply do not have the right type of graphics settings (http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/runescape/images/archive/5/52/20110629024233%21Mr_Ex.png). I would appreciate i if you would take into consideration the following:
- All images are posted with 4x anti aliasing, using DirectX, and preferably all max graphics settings. Transpareny can be added using Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/). There are various tutorials on how to add transparency using the lasso tool on YouTube.
- All images are posted with a name of what they represent. This means, that in the case of the Ice Giant file posted above, the picture would have to be of an Ice Giant i order for it to be acceptable.
- Files are posted in the acceptable formats of .png, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .ico, .ogg, .pdf, .xcf, .svg, .mid, .odt, .ods, .odp, .odg, .odc, .odf, .odi, .odm, .ogv, or .oga. If you are using Microsoft Paint for your imaging, or most other image software, you are able to change the file type when you save the file. It is preferred that all fils be uploaded in either .png, .gif, or .svg file type.
Thank you, and happy contributing!
