Re:Woad Leaves Redirect[edit source]

It's no problem lol. I just wanted to make sure you knew how redirects work. As long as you understand that, it's good with me =D HaloTalk 18:23, May 29, 2010 (UTC)

It will be exactly like this:

#REDIRECT [[Target Page Name]]

No underscores or anything required. Just need redirect in all caps, the number sign before it, and make sure the target page name is exactly right. HaloTalk 18:45, May 29, 2010 (UTC)

I think I've only come across one instance, if that, in which I had to use underscores. Generally if they are needed, they are automatically inserted. When in doubt, leave them out (Hey, that rhymes Smile), and if it doesn't work, then add them in. That's about the best I can do. HaloTalk 19:00, May 29, 2010 (UTC)

RE:Hard space[edit source]

You can add the "&nbsp;" to that end of your sig, right inbetween </span> and <noinclude> and then you wouldn't have to added that manually or in the custom signature field in your preferences (however you put that in). RE:200m experience points[edit source]

I changed it because the skill box that you added was for user stats. When you do that, a total shows up at the bottom. Naturally, it adds up the numbers that are listed for each skill and shows the total number of players that have 200m experience in a skill. However, given that many players have 200m experience in more than one skill, the total becomes inaccurate. The "not necessarily" was with respect to that. In response to you cleaning up the section, I'd have to disagree. Your version has everything much more spaced out, and I, personally, prefer the table that was used before. I may not be speaking for everyone, but I personally preferred the lay out of the previous version. In any case, I disagree that the section was "a MESS" as you said it was. Suppa chuppa Talk 06:50, July 18, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry if I made it seem like I was undoing your edits on no basis. I just have one question: I'm not sure what the problem that you saw with the section was. Was it solely with the way in which the information was presented? Suppa chuppa Talk 07:17, July 18, 2010 (UTC)

Blanking[edit source]

I notice that you have blanked a lot of your pages. If you wish to delete them, simply put {{D|Author request}} onto the page. LordDarkPhantom 14:25, December 12, 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deleting[edit source]

Hey, mind marking your speedy deletions as minor edits? It clogs up Recent Changes, and at least if it's a minor edit it can be hidden from the RC. Thanks What I've done Ciphrius Kane Talk 21:52, December 25, 2010 (UTC)

Userpage redirects[edit source]

Hi there. Unfortunately, we don't allow the creation of redirects in the User: namespace. You can see RS:REDIRECT#When not to use redirects for details. Because of this, please don't create any more. Thanks! --Aburnett(Talk) 22:17, February 27, 2011 (UTC)

I'm not sure what to tell you, we had an extensive discussion on this and as a result disallowed all redirects in the userspace. You could try using the pipe trick, or bring it up on the yew grove if you think the policy needs changing. --Aburnett(Talk) 22:52, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
Although you are correct, the provision about not using redirects in the userspace was included to make it clear that redirects amongst one's userpages are not allowed. Because of this, the redirects you are using are not allowed. As for the use of the pipe trick, it appears that I was incorrect. Because you are using a template on your userpage, you are going to need to redesign the template to allow you to specify a link separate from the item used in the guide. --Aburnett(Talk) 00:08, February 28, 2011 (UTC)
