Seismic singularity trivia[edit source]
Well, that's certainly interesting. How did you derive that number? If you're using the Schwarzschild radius then m = c^2*r/2G, and assuming r = 0.1m (since our characters are supposedly about 2m tall, and the diameter of the singularity is about 10% of the length of the picture), then m = (2.99E8 m/s)^2*(0.1 m)/(2*6.674E-11 m^3 kg^-1 s^-2) = 6.7E25 kg, which is about 11 times the mass of the Earth, not 5. Did you use a different formula or different parameters for the calculation? ʞooɔ 02:47, July 9, 2013 (UTC)
