Richards farming shop 12 October 2018[edit source]

I have no idea where I'm writing but I hope you see this. I don't see any way to send you a PM in this wiki. Anyway thanks for merging the maps but the old version still shows up on the page. Murskmursk (talk) 19:31, 12 October 2018 (UTC)

In response to your response under the topic of Isobel's nomination[edit source]

Ahoy, Captain.

'tis indeed most splendiferous. I accept th' nomination.

Me main concern stems mainly from th' breaks I've taken since 2010 'n hence been lackluster in me editin' in comparison t' other individuals.

I be, however, glad that th' criterion has been clarified thusly.

Question: Am I allowed t' decide which account in RuneScape th' title goes t', should th' nomination be successful?

Sincerest thanks.

Hi! Thanks for removing the stub template. I searched and searched for any more info to be added, and nothing came up. Thank you in advance! Firecracker (talk) 17:02, 19 March 2019 (UTC)

Re: Speculation[edit source]

Thank you for removing the edits to the cottaintail knight and carrot lance pages as I did see they were confirmed to be from treasure hunter and planned to check back on that when I could and fix it if needed. However, I wanted to mention it was probably greater speculation to assume the items would be from treasure hunter in the first place as there was no mention of such a treasure hunter promotion on the official newspost or any other official source. As such, it was much less rooted in speculation to assume the items would be the "some special Easter armour" mentioned in the BTS post than from treasure hunter without any official indication that such an event was coming to treasure hunter- my edit had an official source, the original page creation for the claim did not and I can't fathom how such a conclusion was come to without acknowledging it was pure speculation. Could've just fixed it with out the unneccessary snark there in the comment, and maybe talked to the original page's creator about unnecessary speculation instead (at a stretch).

Thanks again in any case, Trib (talk) 04:54, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

Berserker redirect info[edit source]

Hey there, you removed my edit on the berserker page with the note "see discord". However, I DO NOT use discord. So could you please explain me why you chose to remove it? Bloody111 (talk) 12:25, 21 May 2019 (UTC)

Stubs[edit source]

You reverted my edit [[1]], because of this definition: "A stub is an article which does not cover all information available about the topic."

However, the same policy (RS:STUB) also has the definition "Stubs are RuneScape Wiki articles that have insufficient information. Stubs are generally one paragraph or less which give little or no information." The policy lists a few guidelines for what is not a stub. Those guidelines include a filled out infobox, more than one image, information about location and information about any related quest or activity.

The article Eva (Breaking the Storm) has a filled out infobox, 2 images, gives information about her location and about her involvement in the Breaking the Storm event. The page contains not every available information about her (just like 99% of all articles on this wiki do not contain every information about their topic), however, the article does not have "insufficient information" (actual stub for comparison: Jellyfish (player-owned port))

I don't know why RS:STUB contains the sentence "A stub is an article which does not cover all information available about the topic.", but if we take that sentence literally, we can add the template to absolutely every article on the wiki.

Thank you[edit source]

Thank you for helping me know the proper way of moving pages. I could not find another way so I did what I thought was logical in correcting the pages. I apologize for this mishap and I hope I did not cause too much disruption on any connected pages. I look forward to doing my best in helping improve the Wiki and learning the proper way to do so. Again, many thanks. Ppizzo278 (talk) 00:08, 4 October 2019 (UTC)

When I clicked the discussion for Genie, I didn't realize it redirected me to the discussion for Genie (random event).
I guess its just my OCD seeing the red discussion on top. I’ll work on it. Ppizzo278 (talk) 10:59, 4 October 2019 (UTC)

Re: Sudoku[edit source]

Cheers for the message regarding the external link to the sudoku solver. Is there anywhere on the page that we can put it then, like down the bottom? I just think it's super helpful. Anastasious (talk) 07:39, 16 October 2019 (UTC)

Vote in the Weird Gloop elections![edit source]

Hi Ciphrius Kane!

Because of your involvement with the wiki, you are eligible to vote on the candidates for the board of Weird Gloop, the company that hosts the RuneScape and Old School RuneScape wikis.

See meta:Weird Gloop elections/2019/Candidates for candidate presentations, and meta:Weird Gloop elections for how to vote – it'll take maybe 5 minutes.

There are 4 candidates for RuneScape, 4 candidates for OSRS, and 1 candidate for pt-RuneScape. If you'd like to influence who represents the voices of these communities inside the company, I strongly encourage you to vote! You are one of only 204 people that meet the requirements, and this is a chance to help shape the future of the wikis.

Thanks! ʞooɔ 01:06, 23 December 2019 (UTC)

OS Trivia[edit source]

https://runescape.wiki/w/Zorgoth_(Dactyl_elder)?diff=33725958&oldid=33725956
Why? Why only this and not add trivia to every page on RS and OS about the other game? Completely pointless. Pocket Sapphi 12:45, 13 August 2020 (UTC)

So what? Where's the difficulty in clicking the OS button to see that article? Tonnes of pages don't do what you've done (sure, not all). https://runescape.wiki/w/Overload#(4) https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Overload_(Nightmare_Zone)#4_dose https://runescape.wiki/w/Ring_of_Wealth https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Ring_of_wealth#(5) https://runescape.wiki/w/Barbarian_Assault https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Barbarian_Assault Pocket Sapphi 15:25, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
You're wrong. Both items function somewhat differently in both games. Your example of Camorra containing OS lore is odd as OS articles like Duradel, Hazelmere and a tonne of others lack any lore trivia whatsoever. Zorgoth's article being relevant in this regard. Apart from that, fair enough. I see where you're coming from. Pocket Sapphi 21:14, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
