This is a list of inconsistencies in names, examines, and other stuff in RuneScape. Any Wiki editor may edit this page to add new inconsistencies or remove ones that have been fixed.

- In the Anima Islands reward shop interface:
- The shop header still says "Tuska Event" instead of "Anima Islands"

- Augmented Dharok's platebody uncharged has the D lowercase.
- Hooded Invention cape (t) has I capitalised, while other skillcapes and the invention retro cape don't have their respective skills capitalised.
- Instance system uses Kree'Arra instead of Kree'arra.
- Fur 'n' Seek or Fur 'n Seek?
- In-game message when the Invention perk Crystal Shield triggers says "hitpoints" instead of life points.

- Outfit of Summer and the other seasons outfits. Summer is a generic noun, not meant to be capitalised.
- Wand of the praesul and The Praesul; capitalisation of Praesul
- The grim reaper's diary, Grim Reaper's Citadel, Grim reaper hood; what is he?
- Off-hand Imcando axe, Off-hand imcando pistol, Augmented Imcando pickaxe

- Engrams have their names enclosed in double quotes for some reason. But only the uncharged ones.
- The Massive pouch uses an amount of charges for it's durability rather than a durability percentage as the rest of the degrading rune essence pouches do.
- Similarly, with the Pouch Protector relic power active the massive pouch states it has infinite charges remaining due to an active relic while the other pouches state they have 100% durability left and a relic active.
