There are templates that can be used in counter-vandalism that are left on the vandal's talk page.
Major Vandalism[edit | edit source]
In the event of obvious vandalism that deserves a block, the template {{Subst:No Vandal}} should be left on the vandal's talk page.

Minor Vandalism[edit | edit source]
In the event of vandalism that has a chance of being unintentional, these templates can be used.
Mainspace Vandalism[edit | edit source]
When a vandal has minorly vandalized mainspace, RuneScape, or Update namespaces, the following templates can be used.

If a vandal has been permanently blocked, put {{Subst:Banned}} on their userpage and redirect their talkpage to their userpage. (Replace the talkpage with #REDIRECT [[User:Blocked user here]]). If not already done, ask an Administrator to fully protect the user and talkpage of the banned user.
