The upset woman is encountered during the minigame Heist. She can be found on any of the five maps and is the most common random event. A player can return her lost house keys in return for some loot if the player is on the robber's side, or a path to the last known location of one of the robbers if the player is on the guard's side. She also awards a random perk for either role. After this, she teleports away.
