We’ve just got one big update this time. Well, actually, it’s a bit on the small side. You might even call it… mini. That’s right! This week sees the release of Mod Stu’s Miniquest List!
From now on, miniquests like the infamous Bar Crawl and the thrilling Fremennik Sagas will appear in their very own section of the quest list. They won’t have detailed quest journals, but they will each have their own overview screen which should make it easier than ever to track your objectives and remind yourself what to do next.
Upon completion of any miniquest, a certificate will appear on screen just like at the end of any regular quest showing the rewards you’ve earned.
Tick boxes have been added to the quest tab so that it’s possible to hide regular quests from the list – or, if you decide you’re fed up of miniquests for now, you can hide those too.
The entire list of miniquests is below. How many will you complete?
- Three’s Company
- Thok It To ‘Em
- Thok Your Block Off
- Tales of the Arc
- Tales of the God Wars
- Tales of Nomad
- Sheep Shearer
- Witch’s Potion
- Bar Crawl
- Benedict’s World Tour
- The Curse of Zaros
- Desert Slayer Dungeon
- Doric & Boric tasks
- The General’s Shadow

- Koschei’s Troubles
- Mahjarrat Memories
- The Lair of Tarn Razorlor

- One Foot in the Grave
- Thieves’ Guild Capers
- Wandering Ga’al
Comp Cape Design Update
As you know, we've been working with the community to redesign the comp cape from the ground up, making it more fun to work towards and less essential to high tier builds.
If you've been following along with the design document, you'll know that we've been making some changes to the way achievements are categorized, most notably by removing the 'completionist' category and redistributing the achievements within between 'miscellaneous' and a brand new category called 'lore'. Each category will also be split into tiers, with different rewards for each tier.
For example, here's how we've categorized the 'combat' achievements.
- Reaper Crew (defeating every boss)
- TokHaar-Mok (Defeat TokHaar-Hok in Obsidian Armour)
- Bipedal Mask (Construct a Tuska Mask)
- Finish Him! (Defeat Vorago with Maul of Omens)
- Nomad's Mirage (Defeat nomad and loot bounty chest)
- Famous (Morvran's Special Challenge)
- Telos if You're Angry 4 (100/250/500% Telos / Warden)
- Seren's Per-faction-ist (Seren GWD2 Rep)
- Zaros's Per-faction-ist (Zaros GWD2 Rep)
- Sliske's Per-faction-ist (Sliske GWD2 Rep)
- Zamorak's Per-faction-ist (Zamorakn GWD2 Rep)
- Conquered Everyone's Heart (Max Heart of Gielinor Rep)
- Telos if You're Angry 6 (1000% Telos)
- Kal'gerion Commander (Unlock all Kal'gerion battle commendation titles)
- Death Effect (Death's Store Unlocks)
Here's the big news: we're inviting you, the players, to help decide where each achievement belongs. Have a look at our examples and then come join the discussion on discord. Your feedback so far has been invaluable, and we'd love to hear more!

NEW Weekly Screenies Competition
If you’ve been following our Facebook and Twitter accounts in the past two weeks, you might have noticed that we are now putting our Content Creators under the spotlight with a #RuneScapeScreenies highlight. Since then, lots of you have been sharing even more memories of your adventures in Gielinor. And we thought it would be nice to give you something nice in return.
That’s why, as of today, the weekly RuneScape Screenies is evolving into a competition! Each week, we will select 4 of the best screenshots we’ve seen shared by the community on socials. And 1 of them will be designated as winner of 1 Bond!
So then, what are the rules? Simple, take screenshots of your adventures in Gielinor, share them either on our Facebook Page, Twitter or Instagram (don’t forget to tag us so we can spot your entry), and that’s all! Whether it be a Victory shot of a boss run, the discovery of a new Quest, a fun interaction with an NPC, a mesmerising sunset over the plains, the clever use of a skybox filter, we will only have one criteria to select the winners: how good it looks!
Our live streams are always a great opportunity to grab some awesome in-game prizes. And this April, we’ve got one particularly hefty update of the LootScape for you! We’ve added a bonanza package for your Player-Owned Farm, courtesy of Granny Potterington. In addition, we thought it would be time to bring back some player-favourite goodies: the skilling outfit piece, the Loots Cape and Nature’s Balance (main-hand sword override).
This April, each and every RuneScape stream watched will give you a random drop from one of the following:
- Between 10-100 Player-Owned Farm Beans
- A name re-roller or trait re-roller
- A random animal for their farm
- Guaranteed drop from Basic Drop Table (see below)
- View counter goes up on Orb
- A random skilling outfit piece (if unowned)
- Either Nature’s Balance or Loots Cape (if unowned)
Basic Drop Table: Prismatic small fallen star, Prismatic medium fallen star, Prismatic small lamp, Prismatic medium lamp, Spirit Ruby, Spirit Diamond, Advanced Pulse Core, Spring, Silverhawk down, Medium DG Token Box, Small DG Token Box, Uncut Dragonstone, Large Cash Bag, Medium Cash Bag or Small Cash Bag.
Exciting isn’t it?! So don’t wait up - connect your RS account to your Twitch account and find out more here. Once that’s done, have fun and watch our streams during the day for a guaranteed drop.
