Turoths are Slayer monsters that require a Slayer level of 55 to kill. They frequently drop herbs and herb seeds. Turoths, like Kurasks, must be killed with specific items for each combat style - leaf-bladed weapons for melee, broad ammo, royal bolts or ascension bolts for ranged, and a weapon that can cast Slayer Dart for magic.

Universal drops[edit | edit source]

Universal drops are dropped by nearly every monster and skilling action outside of Daemonheim.

These items are dropped alongside main drops.

patch 4 March 2013 (Update):
- An issue with generic weapons causing damage to Turoths and Kurasks who should otherwise be immune has been fixed.

patch 11 December 2012 (Update):
- Turoths no longer have incorrect stats.

patch 23 September 2009 (Update):
- Fixed some ground near the turoths in the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon.

update 26 January 2005 (Update):
- Added to game.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

Turoths seem to have different ages which represents their combat level. The two lowest-leveled turoth are pale white, while the remaining three have darker-coloured skin. These three also appear to have genders, as they are referred to as "he" for the level 68 and 71 variants, and "she" for the level 69 variant.

[2] This rate is based on total drops on and off slayer task. Drop chance is increased if the player is on a slayer assignment.
