Trapdoor is an entrance to the Chaos Temple Dungeon located behind the chaos altar in the Chaos Temple. It is accessed during the Defender of Varrock quest after locating it with the help of Hartwin. The trapdoor cannot be used from the Wilderness and needs to be interacted with through a safe instance accessed by talking with Hartwin.
