      • Mandrith: I saw well enough, between helping others to safety.
      • Mandrith: But what I saw could not be so. They are just myth.
      • Player: You saw dragonkin, didn't you? I can assure you, they're very real.
      • Mandrith: Then hush! Speak not their name, lest they return to finish us off.
      • Mandrith: In fact, I am having trouble stopping the locals from talking about the attack and I worry it could attract unwarrented attention.
      • Mandrith: Could you help me clean up Edgeville?
      • Miniquest acceptance interface opens.

Taking Aggie's broom[edit | edit source]

With space in backpack, without the broom, and with Aggie looking at the player[edit | edit source]

  • The player appears as a pig.
  • Player: Oink! Oink! Oink! I'm a thieving piggy!
  • The player is transformed back to normal.
  • Aggie: Don't you know it's rude to touch things that aren't yours!
  • Player: Hmm, maybe I should try when she isn't looking in this direction...

  • The screen fades out and back in. Several scorch marks have been cleaned.
  • (After sweeping successfully once:)

    • Have you seen the damage done to Edgeville?
      • Jeffery: Tell me about it, someone should really clean this up, everything has been broken for far too long.
      • Player: Well then, you'll be happy to hear that I'm planning on cleaning up around here!
      • Jeffery: Well volunteered Player! I would have fixed it myself but I am far to busy in here, I haven't even fixed my own smithy!
      • Player: While we're on the subject, I received a list from Mandrith that suggests you have a special hammer which could help me!
      • Jeffery: Hmm, I asked Mandrith to keep quiet about that, he shouldn't have told you...
      • (Without space in backpack:)
        • Jeffery: You do not have enough space to carry it, come back when you do have space and please do not tell anyone else about it.
      • (With space in backpack:)
        • Player receives Jeffery's hammer.
        • Jeffery: You do look like an exceptionally talented smith though and considering the circumstances I suppose you can borrow it to fix up the town and most importantly my smithy. Just don't tell anyone about it!

  • You use the hammer to fix the building.

Without a marble block[edit | edit source]
  • I require a marble block to fix that.
With a marble block[edit | edit source]
  • The screen fades out and back in. The building is repaired.
  • Player has marble block removed from them.
  • You use the hammer to fix the building.

Near the house east of the river[edit | edit source]

Without ten oak planks[edit | edit source]
  • I require 10 oak planks to fix that.
With ten oak planks[edit | edit source]
  • The screen fades out and back in. The building is repaired.
  • Player has ten oak planks removed from them.
  • You use the hammer to fix the building.
  • (If all the structures have been fixed:)

When all the structures have been fixed[edit | edit source]

  • Player has Jeffery's hammer removed from them.
  • As you no longer need the hammer, it returns itself to Jeffery.

Consecrating the burnt skeleton[edit | edit source]

  • The screen fades out and back in. The skeleton has disappeared.
  • You respectfully bury the bones and clean the surrounding area.

Desecrating the burnt skeleton[edit | edit source]

Using a bittercap mushroom on the fairy ring[edit | edit source]

Without five bittercap mushrooms and a spade[edit | edit source]

  • You need five bittercap mushrooms and a spade to repair this fairy ring.

With five bittercap mushrooms and a spade[edit | edit source]

  • The screen fades out and back in. The fairy ring has been cleaned up.
  • Player has five bittercap mushrooms removed from them.
  • The fairy ring empowers the mushrooms as you restore the ring.

Clearing Destroyed Roof or Destroyed Wall[edit | edit source]

  • The screen fades out and back in. The object has been removed.
  • You clear away the rubble[sic]
  • (After clearing one object:)

Nurturing a burnt tree or tree stump[edit | edit source]

  • The screen fades out and back in. Various burnt trees are changed into regular trees.
  • You nurture the trees with the magic watering can.

    • (The following is shown as a pop-up message:)

          • Mandrith: Here, take this. A rather large cloaked figure gave it to me. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about!
          • Mandrith hands you a lamp for your hard work
          • You now have a chance of unlocking Effy the effigy pet when rubbing a dragonkin lamp.
