- You notice your Mysterious Egg is rocking more vigorously than normal.

- Your Mysterious Egg starts making mysterious noises. It stops after a few minutes.

- You check your Mysterious Egg and wonder if you can see a crack in the shell.
Having the egg out in Varrock Dig Site after 24 June 2019[edit | edit source]
- Congratulations, you have unlocked the Mysterious Chicken pet.
- You hear a cracking sound. The mysterious egg you recieved[sic] from the Easter Bunny has hatched!
- You hear a loud cracking sound.
- Player: What on Gielinor is making that sound?
- You see that the mysterious egg the Easter Bunny gave you has hatched!
- You are now the proud parent of some manner of large reptile... chicken?
- Player: It's kinda cute, in a way.
