After completing the Tears of Guthix quest, players have the option to collect tears once a week. To do so, players must first tell Juna a story of their travels and adventures. Each story can be linked to a quest done in the past.

Note that these dialogues can be story or non-story related. Story-related dialogues are listed under the List of stories section, while the ones below are for dialogues not related to the stories.

  • Juna: Tell me... a story...
  • Okay...
    • Player: Okay...
    • You tell Juna some stories of your adventures.
    • See the "Lists of Stories" section)
    • If the player can go in:
      • Juna: Your stories have entertained me. I will let you into the cave for a short time.
      • Juna: Collect as much as you can from the blue streams. If you let in water from the green streams, it will take away from the blue. For Guthix is god of balance, and balance lies in the juxtaposition of opposites.
    • If the player cannot go in due to various reasons:
      • Juna: Your stories have entertained me. But I will not permit any adventurer to access the tears more than once a week. Come back in # days.
      • Juna: (If Clan Avatar is summoned) Your stories have entertained me, but the creation of Armadyl that follows you will not enter my cave. Dismiss it and return to me.
    • If the player is eligible to make an ornate bowl and has talked to Juna about it:
    • A story?
      • Player: A story?
      • Juna: I have been waiting here for three thousand years, guarding the Tears of Guthix. I serve my master faithfully, but I am bored.
      • Juna: An adventurer such as yourself must have many tales to tell. If you can entertain me, I will let you in the cave for a time.
      • Juna: The more I enjoy your story, the more time I will give you in the cave.
      • Juna: Then you can drink the power of balance, which will make you stronger in whatever area you are weakest.
        • Player: Okay... (see the top)
          • Player: Not now.
        • Player: What are the Tears of Guthix?
          • Juna: The Third Age of the world was a time of great conflict, of destruction never seen before or since, when all the gods save Guthix warred for control.
          • Juna: The colossal wyrms, of whom today's dragons are a pale reflection, turned all the sky to fire, while on the ground armies of foot soldiers - goblins and trolls and humans - filled the valleys and plains with blood.
          • Juna: In the time the noise of the conflict woke Guthix from His deep slumber, and He rose and stood in the centre of the battlefield so the splendour of His wrath filled the world, and He called for the conflict to cease!
          • Juna: Silence fell, for the gods knew that none could challenge the power of the mighty Guthix; for His power is that of nature itself, to which all other things are subject, in the end.
          • Juna: Guthix reclaimed that which had been stolen from Him, and went back underground to His sleep and continue to draw the world's power into Himself.
          • Juna: But on His way into the depths of the earth He sat and rested in this cave; and, thinking of the battle-scarred desert that now streched from one side of His world to the other, He wept.
          • Juna: And so great was His sorrow, and so great was His life-giving power, that the rocks themselves began to weep with Him.
          • Juna: Later, Guthix noticed that the rocks continued to weep, and that their tears was infused with a small part of His power.
          • Juna: So He set me, His servant, to guard the cave, and He entrusted me the task of judging who was and was not worthy to access the tears.
    • Not now.
      • Player: Not now.
    • You tell me a story.
      • Player: You tell me a story.
      • Player: Tell me about the Tears of Guthix. (see above)
      • Player: Tell me a new story.
        • Juna: I will tell you the story of the light-creatures.
        • Juna: Myriad and beautiful were the creatures and civilizations of the early ages of the world. Gielinor was a work of art, shaped lovingly over the millennia by the creative mind of Guthix.
        • Juna: Only the sturdiest races survived the God Wars, and even then by only abandoning their high culture and gearing the societies towards war. Of the more delicate races there is now no trace, and almost no memory.
        • Juna: One such race had bodies as fragile as snowflakes, yet they built crystal cities that stood for a thousand years.
        • Juna: The wind would whisper through the spires and fill them with street harmonies, and the rising sun would shine through the precious gems that studded the towers and create inter players of light as if rainbows were dancing.
        • Juna: Indeed, so marvellous was this light-show at it's height that the patterns of light themselves became alive, and the great flocks of luminous creatures rode along the gem-cast beams, each drawn to its own colour.
        • Juna: The creatures you see floating in this chasam are the last sorry remnants of that age. I do not know how they made their way here and survived to this time, but I am grateful for their company.
      • Player: Tell me a new story.
        • Juna: Not after the start of my vigil a party of goblins happened on my cave. They were the ugly brutes of the gods' armies, but their armour bore a faded patch where the symbol of a god had been removed.
        • Juna: They looked around hesitantly, squinting in the light of crude torches, but as soon as they saw me they raised their spears and charged.
        • Juna: No one may access the Tears of Guthix by force. I sent them tumbling into the chasm.
        • Juna: Two hundred years later, another goblin found me. This one was unarmed, and although she was very wary I succeeded in engaging her in conversation.
        • Juna: Since then I have had many more visits from the descendants of those lost warriors, and over the centuries I have seen them change.
        • Juna: They have become timid rather than aggressive, and I have seen the light of intelligence grow in their bulging eyes.
        • Juna: Their stories are repetitive and grim, of scraping a living out of the harsh rock through ingenuity and toil shaping it into a home.
        • Juna: I have followed the progress of their race, but their individual stories hold little interest for me.

During the ornate bowl upgrade[edit | edit source]

  • Juna: Tell me a...wait one moment.
  • Player: What's the matter?
  • Juna: I feel that you possess great skill; great enough to gain the full power of the tears.
  • Juna: If you return across the chasm to the rocks you should be able to mine another piece of stone. Use your great skill to make a more ornate bowl. The pattern will come to you as you work. Bring the bowl to me, and you can use it to collect the tears to gain the full power they hold. Now, tell me...a story...

  • Juna: You have the bowl for me?
  • Player: I have it here.
  • Player has ornate bowl removed from them.
  • Juna: Very good. With this larger bowl you will gain ever greater benefit from the tears. I will keep this bowl with me, and you may use it from now on to drink deeply of the tears. Now, tell me a story...

  • Player: I would like to talk about Guthix's death.
  • Juna: I cannot say it is something I wish to think about.
  • Player: Sorry Juna, but we cannot ignore it. I just wanted to ask some questions.
    • Player: I'd like some advice about being a Guardian of Guthix.
      • Juna:Guthix chose you as a Guardian because he could already see it in you.
      • Juna: You were chosen to be one of us because you showed not only a great talent, but also an understanding of balance, and the potential to be much more.
      • Juna: With Guthix's death, and the knowledge he imparted to you, he clearly intends us to become an army against the young gods.
      • Juna: You should think on what he told you; remember his intentions when giving you his power. He wants you to lead the defence of this world.
      • Player: Surely the other Guardians can help? Where did they go?
      • Juna: Of course. We will be by your side whenever you need us, but in the mean time we must all continue our previous duties. I cannot leave thes caves unattended, Death cannot abandon his role... Guthix may be gone, but that does not mean we should abandon our posts.
    • Player: What do you think will happen now?
      • Juna: We have already seen it begin. Saradomin has already returned.
      • Juna: The others will come. Nothing has changed, Player, they will be as determined and greedy as they were thousands of years ago.
      • Juna: We are on the brink of another God Wars. If we do not act, the world will be ravaged. Guthix is not here to stop them, this time. It is up to us.
    • Player: How are you feeling?
      • Juna: It is very difficult to speak about. I can't believe...
      • Juna: I'm sorry, I'm not ready to discuss this with anyone. It's too painful.

  • Player: I would like to talk about Guthix's death.
  • Juna: I cannot say it is something I wish to think about.
  • Player: Sorry Juna, but we cannot ignore it. I just wanted to ask some questions.

      • Juna: We have already seen it begin. Saradomin and Zamorak have already returned. Armadyl and Bandos have clashed, and the new God War has claimed its first divine victim.
      • Juna: More yet will come. Nothing has changed, player. They will be as determined and greedy as they were thousands of years ago.
      • Juna: We are on the brink of another God Wars. If we do not act, the world will be ravaged. Guthix is not here to stop them, this time. It is up to us.

A Shadow over Ashdale I defeated Agoroth, the crassians' leader, and freed the people of Ashdale.
A Soul's Bane I found and rescued the poor kid Tolna. That dungeon really was a mix of emotions.
A Tail of Two Cats The simple task of looking for Bob got a little more complex. It seems that Bob may - or may not - have been Robert the Strong, a fearsome hero of years past.
A Void Dance I tracked the escaped void pest, and discovered its fate and a number of disturbing implications...
Abyss (miniquest) I gained access to the Abyss.
All Fired Up King Roald's beacon network has been tested and it works a treat. I can return to complete the beacon run whenever I want and learn a little about Firemaking as I do so.
Animal Magnetism Now I know what makes the perfect bed - undead feathers, it seems - and I've got a useful little attractor into the bargain.
Another Slice of H.A.M. Sigmund tied Zanik to a railway track, but I rescued her in the nick of time! The goblin Grubfoot believes Zanik is the 'Chosen Commander'.
As a First Resort Balnea’s entrepreneurial spirit turned Oo'glog into a successful holiday resort for weary adventurers, if you like mud...
Back to my Roots I successfully navigated the vine maze to get a cutting of a very rare vine for Lord Handlemort.
Back to the Freezer I travelled back in time in an attempt to thwart another of the penguins' nefarious schemes and stopped Gielinor being terraformed and sent back to the ice age.

Bar Crawl I completed my bar crawl card and earned access to the Barbarian Outpost agility course.
Barbarian Training
Beneath Cursed Tides I discovered the true fate of Tutorial Island and helped break the curse that had been put upon the tutors.
Benedict's World Tour I visited all the locations in Benedict Encumberyak's scrapbook.
Between a Rock... A dwarf miner opened up a magical gold rock - by firing me at it from a cannon! Inside I had to fight a demon.
Big Chompy Bird Hunting Rantz may be big, but he's not a patch on me and my chompy hunting. My mouth waters thinking of a chompy burger.
Biohazard With the help of the chemist, some couriers and Guidor, Elena and I found out the plague in West Ardougne was a lie.
Birthright of the Dwarves I helped Veldaban defeat the Red Axe.
Black Knights' Fortress (quest) I managed to infiltrate the Black Knights and defeat a witch, foiling their evil plans.
Blood Runs Deep A new dagannoth mother threatened civilisation itself around the northern seas, but with a mighty force of Fremennik and their allies at my back, I have trapped her.
Boric's Task I-III I completed another Mining task for Boric.
Bringing Home the Bacon I learned the true value of a pig. Both in terms of friendship and in terms of how much valuable, tasty bacon one can produce.
Broken Home I entered the haunted mansion and dealt with the ghost of Ormod Gulvas, breaking the curse on Senecianus in the process.
Buyers and Cellars With stealth and misdirection I secured the funds to get the Thieves' Guild of Lumbridge up and running.
Cabin Fever I became a pirate by helping Bill Teach sail The Adventurous safely through an attack by a captain he may have insulted in a pub[sic]
Call of the Ancestors I discovered a truly ancient Goebie, and helped three young goebs harness the powers of Mazcab.
Carnillean Rising I got Philipe Carnillean to grow up and stop being a brat.
Catapult Construction I’ve helped the Tyras Camp - for a change - by repairing their rotten catapult. Their catapult engineer was useless!
Chef's Assistant I followed the Head Chef's instructions and learned how to make cheesecake.
Children of Mah I helped to free the Mahjarrat from their rituals.
Clock Tower The puzzle of the tower has been restored!
Cold War Having snuck into their research lab, I discovered Larry was right: the penguins are not only planning an invasion, but they stole my penguin suit and plan to use it against us.
Contact! I kept my promise to Maisa and brought Osman to see her. As a result, the Sophanem exiles have returned and the city is bustling again.
Cook's Assistant The Duke got his birthday cake, with little or no help from his incompetent chef.
Creature of Fenkenstrain It was a dark errand indeed, but the corpse has been reanimated and I've 'persuaded' Fenkenstrain to part with the Ring of Charos!
Crocodile Tears What a croc that was; I searched for Crondis, only to find her corrupted with greed. One quick intervention later and she's been restored to normal.
Curse of the Black Stone I defeated the Ambassador and saved Gielinor from a horrific hidden presence.
Damage Control I salvaged materials from the island of Goshima to repair the Sarim's Revenge.
The Darkness of Hallowvale Hallowvale really does need some kind of town planning or restructuring. Vanstrom may have used me as a punchbag, but I'll be back.
Deadliest Catch I helped Jones hunt down the deadly sea creature.
Dealing with Scabaras I've avenged Kaleef's death by neutralising the threat of the Scabarites - even their High Priest is pacified.
Death Plateau After helping Denulth to locate an alternate route up Death Plateau, I was made an honourary member of the Imperial Guard!
Death to the Dorgeshuun I met Zanik, the cave goblin adventurer, and we stopped Sigmund's plot against Dorgesh-Kaan. Zanik died, but a strange force brought her back.
Defender of Varrock Not a week goes by without Varrock becoming the target of some dark and malevolent force! I've pushed back the waves of zombies and defied Zemouregal.
Demon Slayer I slew a demon, with the help of Gideon Bede. First I had to retrieve the demon-slaying sword, Silverlight, from the Saradominist crypt in Varrock.
Desert Slayer Dungeon In the Pollnivneach Slayer Dungeon, I defeated a monstrous cave crawler, basilisk boss, mightiest turoth and kurask overlord.
Desert Treasure After recovering the four diamonds of Azzanadra, I found a strange being in the heart of a pyramid who taught me a thing or two about magic.
Devious Minds I was duped into helping an assassin steal a relic from Entrana, but at least the Temple Knights are investigating these events.
Diamond in the Rough Ozan and I stole the Kharid-ib to pay for Prince Ali's release. On our way to the handover, we were waylaid by bandits, quicksand, kalphites and the kidnapper's bodyguards. Ali was safely returned home and is now Al Kharid's new Emir.
Dimension of Disaster I defeated Zemouregal in an alternate reality. Arrav and the citizens of New Varrock are finally at peace.
Dimension of Disaster: Coin of the Realm I opened the way to New Varrock.
Dimension of Disaster: Curse of Arrav I defeated Zemouregal in New Varrock.

Do No Evil After much monkey business, colony building and general chimpish shenanigans, I returned the monkeys to the desert, uncovered an ancient feud and restored Apmeken.
Doric's Task I-VIII I completed another Smithing task for Doric.
Dragon Slayer To prove my worthiness to join the Champions' Guild, I travelled to Crandor and slew the dread dragon Elvarg.
Dream Mentor I met Cyrisus and travelled the strange dream land again. Hopefully, he's still off adventuring.
Druidic Ritual The druids' shopping list did have a purpose after all. I've helped them to secure the blessing of Guthix in the war against the trolls.
Dwarf Cannon I helped defend a dwarven outpost against goblins. Once I had repaired the dwarf cannon, the goblins stood no chance!
Eadgar's Ruse By employing a cunning parrot-based ruse, I was able to obtain some goutweed for Sanfew.
Eagles' Peak Nickolaus was saved from his troubles by a cunning eagle disguise. I can't believe the eagles bought it!
Elemental Workshop I I discovered a workshop hidden beneath Seers' Village in which I learned how to create and smith elemental metal into a shield with magical defence.
Elemental Workshop II Documents from the Digsite Exam Centre led me deeper into the elemental workshop, where I learned to infuse elemental metal with the power of the mind.
Elemental Workshop III I used the machine found in the body room to make new body armour.
Elemental Workshop IV I made some chaos boots from the bar I powered up in the chaos machine.
Enakhra's Lament I freed Akthanakos from his boneguard curse, which enraged his rival, Enakhra. They’ve both gone north to continue their battle.
Enchanted key (miniquest)
Enlightened Journey Auguste and I managed to successfully fly the balloon from Entrana to Taverley. Auguste plans on exploring more routes and perhaps starting a business.
Ernest the Chicken It seems that Ernest became the subject of an unfortunate transformation. He's back to being henpecked by Veronica.
Evil Dave's Big Day Out I somehow switched bodies with Evil Dave and survived enough chores and shouting from Doris to find a way to swap back.
Eye for an Eye I assisted the one-eyed inhabitants of Cyclosis, and dispatched undead Jed.
A Fairy Tale I - Growing Pains My travails in Zanaris led me to a fight with a tanglefoot! I finished it off with ease and returned to the Fairy Godfather for my reward.
A Fairy Tale II - Cure a Queen The Fairy Queen hasn't regained her throne...yet. War must be prepared and troops mustered before the Godfather can sleep with the fishes.
A Fairy Tale III - Battle at Ork's Rift I've helped restore Fairy Queen to the throne sending the Evil Fairy Godfather through the rift never to be seen again.
Family Crest The crest of the Fitzharmon family was scattered all over Gielinor! Its recovery means Dimintheis's estate is safe.
Fate of the Gods Zaros has returned...
Fight Arena Khazard is a Mahjarrat! Fortunately, his days as a slaver are over. He couldn't bear with the loss of his dog, Bouncer!
Final Destination I defeated Captain Cora and eased the khan of Goshima's passage to her final destination.
Fishing Contest I beat a vampyre and surfer dude by catching the biggest fish at the fishing contest and won the trophy!
Flag Fall I learned how to travel to uncharted islands and claimed an island of my own.
Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf I investigated a Red Axe threat to Keldagrim...and I don't remember what happened next. I keep thinking about beer and kebabs.
Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf Veldaban and I broke into the Red Axe base. They had killed his girlfriend and wiped his memory of her; he vowed to stop them.
From Tiny Acorns I completed another caper for the Lumbridge Thieves' Guild.

Garden of Tranquillity Queen Ellamaria isn't a particularly friendly woman, but I think she's delighted with the garden I made for her.
Gertrude's Cat Gertrude's cat, the little scamp, had made its way over to the lumber yard! Still, I rescued it, and its kittens are now safe and sound.
Ghosts Ahoy Necrovarus's mind was mine! Alright, it was just for a moment, but I made the evil shade give up his control over the people of Phasmatys.
Ghosts from the Past I visited the Islands That Once Were Turtles and discovered more than anyone would prefer to know about Quartermaster Gully's personal life.
Glorious Memories Settling a fifteen-year-old grudge, I brought dignitaries from across the Fremennik Province together for Chieftain Brundt's birthday feast.

Gunnar's Ground I brought peace to the barbarians of Gunnarsgrunn, and helped a dwarf find love.
Harbinger I explored the island of Tuai Leit in search of a cure for Ekahi.
Haunted Mine Deep beneath Morytania, I dodged pickaxes, puzzled with minecarts and collected fungi. Not only that, but I defeated Treus and collected a salve shard!
Hazeel Cult I resolved a long-standing feud between the Carnilleans (one of the Ardougne's founding families) and the Cult of Hazeel (followers of a Zamorakian Mahjarrat). Only one was happy with the outcome...
Head of the Family I helped the moai of Waiko and Aminishi resolve their troubled long-distance relationship.
Heart of Stone I helped Ariane foil an attempt to drain the world of magic and learnt about the elder gods.
Heroes' Quest I should be proud, as few are eligible to enter the notoriously exclusive Heroes' Guild. Nothing can stop me now.
Hero's Welcome I battled a dangerous abomination and avenged the death of V.
Holy Grail I defeated the Black Knight Titan and restored peace and happiness to the Fisher King's kingdom. I also found the Holy Grail.
Hopespear's Will I buried five goblin priests for the ghost of Hopespear, laying their souls to rest.
Horror from the Deep A foul and horrible creature dwelt below the lighthouse. I have slain it, but the lighthouse keeper, Silas, remains missing.
Hunt for Red Raktuber The penguins were two flipper-steps ahead of me! Not only do they have Larry, but they're in league with the Red Axe.
Icthlarin's Little Helper I was being controlled through visions, but my mind is my own again, after the god of the dead intervened with the Devourer's mind control.
Imp Catcher After scouring the world for imps, I managed to collect enough beads to help Wizard Mizgog.
Impressing the Locals I've procured myself a ship and a crew for sailing to the Arc and the rest of the Wushanko Isles.
In Aid of the Myreque
In Memory of the Myreque I constructed a memorial to the Myreque.
In Pyre Need I fulfilled the dreams of an old priest of Guthix by helping a wounded phoenix to be reborn.
In Search of the Myreque Vanstrom set his hound on both me and the Myreque, but he'll need to do more than that. Who knows, perhaps we have him on the back foot?
Ivandis flail
Jed Hunter I hunted down and defeated Jed, and claimed vengance for the people of Port Sarim.
Jungle Potion Using my extensive knowledge of Herblore, I managed to put together the potion that Trufitus required. Hubble, bubble, toil and trouble!
Kennith's Concerns Kennith was a strange and slightly uncomfortable child to be around! I always had an inkling that he was behind this.
Kindred Spirits I escape Sliske's twisted game with the Barrows Brothers. Sadly Linza was turned into a wight in the process.
King of the Dwarves I helped to save Keldagrim from a Red Axe attack, and discovered the identity of the King of the Dwarves.
King's Ransom After freeing the Knights of the Round Table, I got a spell from Wizard Cromperty that freed King Arthur from his stone prison in the Black Knights' Fortress.
Knight Waves training ground
Koschei's Troubles I discovered the mysterious origin of Koschei the Deathless.
Lair of Tarn Razorlor I defeated Tarn Razorlor and learned his secret knowledge by reading the diary in his living quarters.
Land of the Goblins Grubfoot had a dream about the 'Land of the Goblins', which Zanik and I investigated. We found a world shattered by war, and Zanik disappeared.
Legacy of Seergaze The Myreque and I worked together to create a weapon capable of defeating vampyres - the Ivandis Flail. The humans of Morytania are one step closer to freedom.
Legends' Quest To gain access to the Legends' Guild, I explored the depths of the Kharazi Jungle and defeated the demon Nezikchened. The locals rewarded me with a totem pole.
Let Them Eat Pie I have saved the people of Taverley and Burthorpe from starvation and the tyranny of greedy merchants by poisoning a fat merchant and helping in the fraudulent distribution of his goods.
Lost City It looks like I beat that warrior, ranger, mage and monk to it! I've got myself a dramen staff and I can travel to Zanaris whenever I fancy.
Lost Her Marbles I completed another caper for the Lumbridge Thieves' Guild.
Love Story After a lot of fighting, I reunited the Wise Old Man with his lost love.
Lunar Diplomacy I now know the mystical Moon Clan fairly well and they can hopefully start to live in peace with the Fremennik.
Mahjarrat Memories I helped Kharshai the Mahjarrat recover 15 memories of his kin.
Making History The history behind the outpost has been solved; I'd never have thought it would be so intricate!
Meeting History I travelled back through time and helped out a poor family, and discovered 'how it all began'!
Merlin's Crystal Merlin was trapped in a crystal by Morgan Le Fay, but I freed him using an ancient spell. I am now a Knight of the Round Table.
Missing My Mummy
Missing, Presumed Death I saved Death from Sliske, after hearing him announce that he would give the Stone of Jas to the person that could kill the most gods.
Mogre (miniquest)
Monkey Madness During a mission to Ape Atoll, I uncovered a plot against humankind. With the help of the 10th Squad, I've put an end to Glough's scheme.
Monk's Friend Nothing like a blanket to calm a crying baby! Who would have thought that monks were so good at partying?
