Worrying[edit | edit source]

  • Player: Why the long face? No good catch today?
  • Fisherman: I'm worried about old Groggy Gregg up in the crow's nest. He was once a great captain but now he's only sitting in his little wooden cage; drowning himself slowly in grog.
  • Player: Oh...

Relaxing[edit | edit source]

  • Fisherman: I love it out here! I came here to make money and catch big fish, but I stayed for the peace and the calm the ocean brings to my mind and the camaraderie amongst the people here.
  • Player: Don't you ever get seasick on these platforms here?
  • Fisherman: Never! To me, it feels as if I'm cradled soothingly by the ocean, night and day.
  • Player: Not sure my stomach agrees...

Roaming[edit | edit source]

  • Fisherman: Oi! Watch where you're going! It sure is getting awfully crowded here these days.
  • Player: Cheer up! Isn't it lovely to have some company while fishing?
  • Fisherman: Why would that be a good thing?
  • Fisherman: Suddenly the platforms are overrun with young whippersnappers, stealing catches that could have been mine! I wonder who told everyone about this place.

Rescuing[edit | edit source]

  • You check to see if they're okay in the water.
  • Player: That's awfully risky!
  • You are rewarded for checking on the diver - You receive 1,940 Fishing XP.
