- (If there are clockwork pieces to hand in:)
- Eira: Hello! I'm looking for people to help save Christmas. Would you be able to help?
- Talk about...
- (Only if not asked last:)
- Who are you?
- Eira: My name is Eira. I'm Santa's head elf.
- Eira: Or at least I am at the moment!
- Eira: We're having a few issues at the workshop and I need to get it all sorted before Santa gets back from his holidays.
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- (Only if not asked last:)
- What as happened?
- Eira: Santa is having his yearly holiday, just before the Christmas rush, but this year the snow implings aren't happy about it at all.
- Eira: They all want a holiday too, and because they can't have one they've decided to be naughty and steal all of the clockwork pieces from the workshop.
- Player: Clockwork pieces?
- Eira: Yes, they are used to make Santa's new toy for this year; a clockwork gnome pet.
- Player: So you can't make any more?
- Eira: Not until we get some of the clockwork pieces back, which is where you come in, I hope.
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- (Only if not asked last:)
- How can I help?
- Eira: The snow implings have deposited the clockwork pieces all throughout Gielinor.
- Eira: You'll likely find them while you are doing your day to day activities.
- Player: What should I do with them when I find them?
- Eira: If you could bring them back to me, that would be a huge help!
- Eira: I'll be able to get you some rewards for doing it too.
- Eira: I'm hoping to get the whole thing cleared up before Santa comes back.
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- (Only if not asked last:)
- Anything else I should know?
- Eira: You might come across some of the naughty snow implings themselves.
- Eira: If you catch them they should have a pile of clockwork pieces on them.
- Eira: I think if they run out of pieces that will head back to the workshop and get back to work.[sic]
- Eira: At least, I hope that's what will happen.
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- (Only if not asked last:)
- What are the rewards?
- Eira: Once we've got our stocks replenished I can fashion the clockwork pieces into some rewards for you.
- Eira: There will be a clockwork shield and a clockwork crown, both very fetching.
- Player: Anything else?
- Eira: Yes, there will be a clockwork lemon. Flighty little thing. You can wind it up and watch it fly around your head!
- Eira: Adorable but strange.
- Eira: And then there is, of course, the clockwork gnome pet.
- Eira: Considering you'll be helping us be able to make these for all the children this year, you should get one too.
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- (Only after asking something else:)
- Bye.
- Eira: May you have lots of luck with all of your gathering!
- Eira: Thanks for helping me collect up all of the clockwork pieces. I still have some time here to thank you for your efforts.

Reindeer-terrorbird racing[edit | edit source]
- (Only if not asked last:)
- How does the Terrorbird Racing work?
- Eira: These races are an extra part of the Christmas festivities for this year. They're very exciting.
- Eira: You can race once an hour and the idea is to get round all of the 8 gates in the quickest time possible.
- Eira: The quicker you are the greater your reward will be at the end of the race.
- Eira: As you go through each gate you'll be told where the next gate can be found.
- Eira: Remember, you'll need to be wearing a Terrorbird mount to be able to take part. It adds to the fun!
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- (Only if not asked last:)
- Where can I get a Terrorbird costume?
- Eira: You can wear your own Terrorbird mount costume but there is a special Christmas themed one available for free in Solomon's Store.
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- (Only if not asked last:)
- How do the hi-scores work?
- Eira: The top 10 quickest times are stored and can be seen by checking on any of the race gates.
- Eira: Hopefully you'll make the top 10!
- (Returns to the previous options.)
- Bye for now.
