Training arrows can only be used with the Training bow. However, both have been discontinued and it is currently impossible to use either unless they are already owned, and impossible to obtain more arrows.
Training arrows used to be obtainable from the Ranged tutor east of the Lumbridge Castle, along with a bow. Shortly after, they were made accessible from Beefy Bill, but were replaced by bronze arrows on the shops update of 11 April 2012.
The bonuses that the training bow and arrows give are equivalent to a shortbow and bronze arrows. However, they are rarely used in combat due to their low power and their inability to function with any bow except for the training bow and thus making the training bow useless. Because training arrows are no longer obtainable, they have become relatively rare.
