The title the Forlorn is unlocked by filling a Box of Valentine chocolates with 2 of each chocolate. It could also be unlocked during the second half of the 2017 Valentine's Day event by opening event mystery boxes. It was re-released during the 2022 Valentine's promotion Gifts from the Heart for 825 Heartments.
