The title the Fairest of Them All is unlocked by doing various activities at the Spring Fayre.

Requirements

The title is awarded for completing all parts of the event that are available to the player: free to play and ironman players do not have to complete requirements that were not available to them.

Requirement
Find all 10 festive eggs (see table below).
Talk to all NPCs at the Lumbridge Crater that have dialogue (see table below).
Interact with all available activities (see table below).
Own all of the cosmetic tokens (see table below).

• patch 26 June 2017 (Update):
  • Extraneous spaces have been removed from the end of the Wikian and the Fairest of Them All titles.

• patch 5 June 2017 (Update):
  • Players that had missed out on the obtaining the 'Fairest of Them All' title due to the Chinchompa Hunt requirement, will now have their title unlocked upon login, provided all other requirements have been met.

• hotfix 27 April 2017 (Update):
  • Fayre title now unlocks if the festive eggs are the last requirement met.

• update 24 April 2017 (Update):
  • Added to game.

Trivia

• In 2017 doing the Chinchompa hunt once (not fully completing the map) was required for the title, however in the 2018 edition this activity was removed and was thus not required anymore for the title.
