Tectonic robe top detail.png

The tectonic robe top tier 90 Magic power armour made at 93 Runecrafting using 42 tectonic energy and 3 stones of binding. It is part of the tectonic armour set.

The tectonic robe top lasts for 100,000 charges of combat before degrading to nothing - it cannot be repaired. Once equipped, it instantly becomes untradeable, even if it has not been used in combat.

Losing the tectonic robe top by being killed in the Wilderness will result in a fraction of the original tectonic energy being dropped on death, based on how degraded it was, rounded down. For example, if the robe top had 52% of its charges remaining, 21 tectonic energy would be dropped on death. This can be used to refund most of the cost of the robe, although the stones of binding are not returned.

The top can be dyed using Barrows, Shadow, Third-Age, or blood dye to create the barrows, shadow, Third Age, or blood variants, respectively. Dyed armour will not crumble to dust when it fully degrades; rather, it can be repaired using tectonic energy.
