The Tarshak's sanctum (Abomination mine) can be accessed during and after Hero's Welcome, where the Abomination is fought. It contains 13 banite rocks.
It can be accessed from the south-west wall of the Iron and steel dragons chamber of Brimhaven Dungeon.
A fast way to get there is by using the Dungeoneering Cape and teleporting to the Brimhaven Dungeon.
