Untitled[edit source]

Is it the:

  • Magic Guild, as this article and the heading of the Knowledge Base article call it?
  • Magicians' Guild, as the Wizard Distentor calls it?
  • Mage Guild, as the first sentence of the Knowledge Base article calls it?
  • Wizards' Guild, as the map calls it?

This one's a real doozy! I would appreciate your input. -- Couchpotato99 04:23, 1 August 2006 (UTC)

I'm inclined to believe that the map, saying "Wizards' Guild" is right. It makes sense in light of all the other guilds. Also, the knowledge base is poorly written sometimes and NPCs have been known to slip. -- Couchpotato99 04:25, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
It's more than possible it doesn't have a definite name - you can just call it whatever you want as long as you know what you're talking about. Fine for a game, but not helpful for a wiki. We can call it whatever we want to call it, in which case we should go for the most used - which is Magic Guild. In my opinion. Vimescarrot 19:27, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
I've asked Jagex. Vimescarrot 19:30, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
Still no reply. I'm not a pleased rabbit. Vimescarrot 15:25, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
I say the current page name is correct. I'm going by the world map. All the other names can just be redirected here.--Richard 15:28, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
Finally, a reply! A somewhat confusing one, at that. The mod starting talking about treasure trails. Nevertheless, he did mention the Wizard's Guild, by that name. JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 15:13, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
It's sounds like the name of this Guild needs to be officially decided by Jagex.--64supernoob 02:30, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

Stock[edit source]

I have seen strange things happening with shop stock recently. In particualr the Magic Guild Store - Runes and Staves has 302 bloods and 298 souls in stock. I have neither bought or sold these in many months, if ever. Rich Farmbrough, 00:25 4 January 2014 (UTC).

Someone added a hidden update to 11 December that could explain that. Though I find it odd, if true, that I've heard nothing else about this. IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 04:54, January 4, 2014 (UTC)
