It says it increases runes by 1, but is that true for elemental runes as well (100 per pull), or just the non-elemental, which are 5 per pull? Jimwormmaster 19:08, April 30, 2012 (UTC)
You can summon runes an additional time per day, meaning either 100 or 5 more. It does not affect how many runes you receive for a pull.

It seems like you only need to buy the cape to gain its effects, currently the only cape i posses is in the bank, yet im still getting the benifits. Im guessing this is a glitch 7:47 May 22, 2012
Nah, it said in the news post that it does *permanently* boost the effects of the hood. So really, the only reason to wear the robes is to either show off your esteem, or for the good weight-reducing effects. Jimwormmaster 22:46, May 23, 2012 (UTC)
The page claims that the cape cannot be worn when travelling to Entrana. This is not strictly correct; there is a bug that causes strange behavior when wearing allowed items while travelling to Entrana, but the cape can indeed be worn in transit. I don't know how best to update the wiki to reflect this, because the intended behavior is the opposite of what the article suggests, but this bug occasionally interferes with its operation.
