Quest Guide[edit source]

Wow, that was one of the faster quest guides. Thanks to Avian Maid for putting up the guide. Already up by 13:59, March 6, 2007 --Miw 14:21, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

You're welcome. ^^ Avian Maid 00:50, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
A quest guide can also be distractive. Didnt take notice of the item list for the brain surgery part. All items but a hammer are dropped by the Sorebones. Doctor F. gives no clue on what he wants. It drove me nuts. ^^ --Miw 13:17, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Other fansite quest guides[edit source]

No other fan-sites have a quest guide at this point. Another first for the wiki! --Miw 14:27, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Big Battle Question[edit source]

Is there a safe spot for the fight? The size of the monster would allow for trapping it. Range and/or mage attacks would make the defeat fairly easy. --Miw 14:58, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Attempting to hide will make Barrelchest repeatedly slam his anchor into the ground, doing around 20 damage a slam, and you can't protect from it. --User:MrDrake 22:17, 6 March 2007 (CET)

I gave up with him and came back a while later (well, a few weeks later in fact :D), and the Barrelchest was just standing in the middle of the room. I maged him from the entrance, and he didn't move... killed him in 26 fire blasts (lvl 67 mage, +27 mage atk bonus), without taking a single scratch. He didn't slam the ground for me.Second-abyssal-whip.pngPatheticcockroachGuthan's platebody.png(Talk) 13:44, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

Anchor weapon[edit source]

Im hearing rumors that the anchor is as good as an abby whip is this true? --Whiplash 15:02, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Seeing the same rumours. And a special attack that seems to hit at a distance. It is a two handed weapon. I'd love to see an article on the weapon though. --Miw 15:14, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
Article at Barrelchest anchor. Chrislee33 01:11, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

"The RS music comes from The Great Train Robbery"[edit source]

What music? I would imagine Zombiism, since that's the only new song that's on the list with this update, but I could be wrong. --MrDrake 18:02, 7 March 2007 (CET)

Yes, that is the song you will hear when you are on Harmony Island. Chrislee33 23:41, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
The boss music can't be unlocked. I'm going to report it... Dtm142 00:07, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, that one's really good. The Bouncer Ghost battle music also isn't on the list though. --MrDrake 17:22, 8 March 2007 (CET)
What is the name of the boss music? Chrislee33 18:30, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
It doesn't have a name. --MrDrake 21:24, 8 March 2007 (CET)

Ring of Charos[edit source]

Do you need to have your Ring of Charos fully activated to do the quest? If so then you'd need to have done Garden of Tranquility too. — Ali Irontoad (Talk) (Contributions) 00:09, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

Yes, you need to have your Ring of Charos activated. But this means that you need to start Garden of Tranquility, not necessarily finish it.Second-abyssal-whip.pngPatheticcockroachGuthan's platebody.png(Talk) 14:54, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Dwarf cannon[edit source]

Can you use a dwarf multicannon to easily kill the Barrelchest? ~ Fire Surge icon.png Sentry Telos Talk  02:29, December 28, 2009 (UTC)

Edit: It wouldn't let me set a cannon up. Cannons are not an option.

Barrelchest's fight[edit source]

Here's the screenshot of the new arena. willwill Talk 19:06, September 14, 2010 (UTC)

Needs Pirate Pete subquest for Recipe for Disaster completed to start quest.[edit source]

The quest requirement is missing the pirate petes part of Rfd. Not sure how to edit the wikia with links and such  —The preceding unsigned comment was added by D4rkm4st3rz8 (talk) on 17:37, October 22, 2014‎ (UTC).

Added, thank you. MolMan 17:42, October 22, 2014 (UTC)

Barrelchest level[edit source]

He's level 93, not 72. Was the quest changed? 13:57, March 12, 2016 (UTC)

Tinderbox[edit source]

can someone add the need to have a tinderbox to light the fuse for me in the starting part? I don't know how to do it.

Zeusfireair (talk) 00:08, May 10, 2016 (UTC)

Hey Zeus, the tinderbox is not required since the one on the toolbelt works well. :) Alchez 04:08, May 10, 2016 (UTC)
