Really annoying seeing the set of revisions on this. The point someone (Mol?) was trying to make is valid, and general. Either state that something may be correct and we have a reason for thinking it, or assert it is correct and we can prove it to a reasonable degree. This is basic http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epistemic_modality combined with basic referencing, folks.  Don't FFS assert someting but without reference in the page to the discussions that have led there. How's the casual reader to know? To them it just looks like authors pulling facts out of the air. Quest Icon Crest.png  MarshP  Rune platebody (Guthix) detail.png 07:18, September 12, 2014 (UTC)

Agar Atoll[edit source]

There has been a lot of reverts over this section the last few days, and we should be settling these disagreements on talk pages, not edit summaries. Per Talk:Message in a bottle (Agar Atoll), the message in a bottle was found by myself on Tuesday, 11 October, 2016. That disproves the only Friday belief... Until we know for sure what days it will spawn, don't assess assumptions as known facts. Now, can we please start tracking the dates people have been able to spy this bottle for the first time on one of these talk pages and stop the revert wars? Thank you — Heaven Sent (talk) 03:21, October 23, 2016 (UTC)

It's simply not true, so I have removed it... again... and posted a message on the editor's talk page... again... to stop them from adding the false statement. If this does not stop, then I will be forced to protect the page. And yes I agree it should be discussed on the talk page of the relevant bottle instead of this article.
