Untitled[edit source]

Omg, it's even slower to train Wc due to this special teak log. Because u must press "destroy", and then it says "Are you sure you want to destroy this object?". It sucks!

Not too sure how coverting 26 logs is possible, since we have 28 inventory slots, 2 goes to the special logs, 1 space for coins and we only have 25 inventory space left for logs.
Nevertheless, since teak logs need 500gp to covert, a free covertion of 25logs indicates that each special teak logs worth 6250gp each.
All the better to keep it for profit or else ivy might be a better idea for exp wise. Gspbeetle 10:38, July 2, 2010 (UTC)

You do not need coins in your inventory to convert using the 2 special logs. So you bring 26 normal teak logs and 2 special, and you get 26 teak planks and lose the 2 special logs. Block7head 03:32, July 28, 2010 (UTC)

Revised the page. Removed some incorrect/unneed information. Added a picture. Dvdrak 23:39, June 9, 2011 (UTC)

Frequency[edit source]

I would suggest that the frequency of receiving the special teak log is affected by your woodcutting level. I received one after 400 logs cut with 84 wc. My friend with 99 received almost two special logs per 30 regular. Raglough 13:06, March 15, 2012 (UTC)

It seems quite random to me. At 99 woodcut I did about 5 invintories with none. Then got 4 in the same invintory. I'm using a dragon hatchet, strung rabbit foot, fire and and a small ninja monkey gregre. Nothing else on me. Astral Bunny (talk) 16:39, November 19, 2012 (UTC)

Works with Mahogany logs?[edit source]

On the Special Mahogany Log page, it says you can use two to convert a load of teak OR mahogany logs. Does this same thing work with the special teak log? The page only says it can convert teak logs. Just seeking some clarification.  —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.66.181.1 (talk) on 18:50, July 19, 2012‎.

I think the rate is 2%[edit source]

Just got 163 special logs and 7877 normal logs.

163/(163+7877)=163/8040=0.02027=2%

So I'm going to change the page until someone has a bigger sample size
