LotD Medium Offering Chance[edit source]

In the Rewards section it states, "If wielding Luck of the dwarves, there is a chance of receiving a medium offering." but I just recieved a medium offering whilst wearing a Ring of Fortune. So maybe it's just an increased chance if you've got a LotD?

It can be changed to say luck items instead. Farming-icon.png Salix of Prifddinas (Talk) Prifddinas lodestone icon.png 08:13, June 6, 2017 (UTC)

Glitches[edit source]

The Rope NXT Glitch is fixed. They mentioned it on today's stream. Players just need to log out and back in, and it's fixed for good. Elf of Seren (talk) 17:52, June 6, 2017 (UTC)

Reward Scale[edit source]

Do XP and Gold rewards scale with levels at a set rate that would be possible to make into a scale or a calculator that we could put on the page? Elf of Seren (talk) 22:03, June 7, 2017 (UTC)

Requirements[edit source]

According to the in-game skill guide, the minigame requires level 50 in each of Dungeoneering, Theiving, Agility, and Construction. It goes further and says that additional rewards are available if the player also has level 50 in each of Crafting, Runecrafting, Prayer, and Divination. However, this page seems to indicate that level 50 is required in all of those skills just to access the minigame. Could anyone clarify if level 50 in the four primary skills is the only requirement to play? I don't have 50 dungeoneering, so I haven't been able to test it myself.

According to the news post by Jagex, all 8 skills are required. Farming-icon.png Salix of Prifddinas (Talk) Prifddinas lodestone icon.png 13:41, June 27, 2017 (UTC)
I finally got 50 Dungeoneering, so I was able to check it today. Despite not having 50 Prayer, I was able to enter the tombs and complete several runs. I was not able to light the Prayer brazier, but I was able to light other braziers for which I met the requirements. I assume you still need at least 50 in the primary skills to enter, but I didn't try. I was consistently placed in Tier 1 out of 3. Is there a special way to change tiers, or are you automatically placed in tier 2+ provided you meet the requirements? --Sovereign (talk) 16:27, July 12, 2017 (UTC)
Tiers? I haven't done ST since it was updated, so I'm unaware of these tiers. Farming-icon.png Salix of Prifddinas (Talk) Prifddinas lodestone icon.png 06:55, July 13, 2017 (UTC)
Supposedly 70+ in each of the skills places you in tier 2, and 90+ is required for tier 3. I imagine that the rewards improve with each tier, but maybe the average number of chests/sarcophagi/corruption also increases. I did confirm that when I chose to receive experience only in skills that were 70+, I was still placed in tier 1 (which is displayed in-game above the objectives), presumably because I don't have 70+ Prayer (or even 50+ for that matter).--Sovereign (talk) 14:08, July 13, 2017 (UTC)
Oh right those tiers... I forgot those woops. So yes, once you meet the requirements you should be placed in a higher tier. However it seems odd that you can play tier 1 without having level 50+ Prayer, but not allowed to do tier 2 without it, so perhaps it's a bug? I also don't yet have 70+ in each of the primary skills (my Dungeoneering is 55), so my theory is that the primary skills obey those rules only, even if some of them are toggled off. I made a thread on the RSOF about it, so hopefully I can find out for sure what's going on. Otherwise, I'll be back with an update after I get 70 Dg... --Sovereign (talk) 15:05, July 13, 2017 (UTC)
After getting 70+ in all of the primary skills, I was still placed in tier 1. I now believe that upper tiers require 70 or 90 in all eight skills, while basic access to the minigame (tier 1) simply requires 50 in just the primary skills. I will update the page to reflect this. At this point, I don't even trust the skill guide's claim that you need 50 in each primary skill to enter. Someone please check if you can enter without 50+ in those skills. --Sovereign (talk) 19:21, July 27, 2017 (UTC)
