I'm getting around 43k exp per hat consistently with stun. Anyone else getting this too?

I can cast 244 stun spells with it all being doulbe exp which is exactly 42980 expirience total.

The bonus exp the hat gives you depends on your magic level for example at level 89 I could cast 250 double exp casts.
