How are the screenies? Navij11 21:33, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Um...I mean no offense, I'm just saying this as it is...They're low quality (compared to a .png) and will probably be replaced by an overdramatised Youtube video soon-ish. JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 21:34, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
...On the other hand, We're the first with anything on them (probably). soo...:D JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 21:34, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
Well, they are the best I have. Any others are appreciated! Navij11 22:45, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
Oh goodies that switch program is gone Viva la révolution! --Whiplash 23:00, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
Why are there screenshots of players fighting in level 54 wilderness? I get the first one but, I don't understand the rest. What does player killers in deep member wilderness have to do with the update of today, Jan 2?Yellow partyhat.png Ilyas Talk Contribs23:03, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
Listen all, today there was a mass riot about the new update. About half of the participating players were shouting "Tele me to ice plateau!" Many people were being teled there and it was a total mess. I was teled there and took some screenshots. Does this clarify it? Navij11 00:03, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I get it now but, why would you want to be teleported there?! Did you make it out alive or something? That's crazy!!!That's in level 53-55 wilderness!!How did you get out, if you did?Yellow partyhat.png Ilyas Talk Contribs00:09, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
First off, I had four items on me: Zammy robe bottom, zammy robe top, cape and ring of dueling. Second, I wasn't afraid to lose any. A level 86 PKed me, I dropped the cape. And... I was back in Falador! Navij11 00:29, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
Ok. If you had items, I would see no point in that. Even though images for the wiki are important, geting player killed and losing valuable items isn't worth it. It is, though, if you have nothing of value on you.Yellow partyhat.png Ilyas Talk Contribs00:56, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
Well, do you think that I would actually risk items for pictures? Ha ha. Navij11 00:57, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
No, your not a psycho are you? I don't think you are based on your contribs...Yellow partyhat.png Ilyas Talk Contribs00:59, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
but how does teleporting people to the ice plateau have anything to do with swift-switch/rule 7/the update from Jagex?--Atlantima 18:57, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
It doesn't have to have anything to do with the subject matter to be a form of protest. It dosn't need to make sense, either - especially considering that the intelligence of a mob is defined as being the intelligence of the stupidest member, divided by the number of people present. Stop indenting so much! Mathwhiz90601 20:14, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

I was telegrouping to the barbarian outpost before anyone else got the idea. It caught on quickly though, lol.--DavidOwnz 02:38, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

Well, doesn't the current official client bypass the main page and detail select for world switching? Mathwhiz90601 20:14, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

The first ever.[edit source]

You should add that this weas the first EVER riot in Runescape. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) on 06:17, April 16, 2008 (UTC).

"Client"[edit source]

I have replaced the word "client" with "toolkit" because they are different things. SwiftSwitch and other toolkits are basically Internet Explorer based web browsers with useful tools for RuneScape. These are not against the rules.

The RuneScape client is the Java applet used to play RuneScape. All modifications of the RuneScape client are against the rules. Modifications to the client are usually done for macroing purposes. -- 15:06, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
