You come across this all the time on the internet. It can also be used with the less-known "Roflmao" meaning "Roll(ing) on the floor, laughing my ass off". I very much doubt this term originated in RuneScape.

This can be usefull for killing green dragonbots when they enter the rift they skull when you do this emto on the rift.
