The Knowledge Base lists the stats of all dungeoneering equipment here. Primal spear isn't on there. Plus there is no record of anyone having ever got one so there is no reason to believe that it does exist. --PlqX 10:34, April 25, 2010 (UTC)

We took the stats from the Game Guide. And Plqx, the Primal spear IS there....this image tells all. Spine^Talk 12:27, September 10, 2010 (UTC)
