- It heals 650 per bite with the optimal or above Constitution level. Unfortunately I do not know what this level is as I am 99 Constitution. You seem to have a considerably lower Constitution level though and as such won't get the maximal benefit from eating this food. EngelNacht (talk) 07:06, October 16, 2013 (UTC)
