Barrelchest Disguise and Braindeath Island section

There has been a bit of talk on the RSW Discord regarding this. Please state below your views on this topic. The Barrelchest disguise needs to be kept for completion of the quest. However, I am also aware that many players like to collect quest items like this. Could someone confirm (with an image or complete description) if this disguise can be re-obtained post-quest? Otherwise, could editors please state their opinion on not telling players to destroy the item in the quest. IE. stating that, for the Braindeath Island section that only 2 spaces are needed, and making the assumption that the player will destroy the outfit during the quest?
