Pest Queen vs Nomad, difficulty[edit source]
Question: Is she more of a challenge than Nomad? plsplsplsdammitnoes01:57, October 7, 2010 (UTC)
No, easier than Nomad.
Easier then Nomad, but father grave, so try not to die=P--Eat ham2 12:56, October 7, 2010 (UTC)Eat Ham205:18, October 7, 2010 (UTC) If you talk to sir Tiffany before entering the pest queen chamber he won't teleport you, but after you try the queen once you can teleport to the portal by talking to him an unlimited amount of times. So it is relatively safe. And yes she is easier but requires a much different strategy than nomad.
Article needs updating![edit source]
This article needs a lot of updating in order to explain what is actually going on.
I was using Korasi special a lot, and also got hit for 500+ quite a lot.
There is the implication that a player could tell when the queen is 'powering up' and only use the special then.
- When the queen raises her head, a white ring forms around the ground around her, she will be making a sound like "hzhzhzhzhzhzhzh". Then you use your korasi special. It is the only time the queen does any action other than throwing stuff at you or swinging at you. She will do it about ever 45-60 seconds. Eat ham2 14:45, October 10, 2010 (UTC)Eat ham2
And what about healing?[edit source]
I saw that despite throwing everything I had at her, the queen had suffered no damage.
- The first part of the battle will be a waste, the healers will just be doing too much to fight against until you get a full ring of archers (2 at each corner, 8 total) attack the pests that spawn to keep them from hitting the archers since they are the only ones that can kill the healing drones. getting her to 3/4 health is half the battle. the rest will go much faster as long as you don't let the queen heal by using your special. At least when I finally beat Nomad, I could see the progress I was making, and just needed to fine tune it.
With this boss I can't see how to how to even stand a chance.
Remember that this quest only came out on Tuesday and not too many people are willing to fight the queen and complete the quest, we are doing the best that we can. :) Eat ham2 14:45, October 10, 2010 (UTC)Eat ham2
Ranged attack???[edit source]
Pest monster weakness[edit source]
Okay, we know the Queen's weakness Koras's sword + special + stab... but what about the drones. Her healers, and the other ones. We don't know what their weaknesses are. Or do we? Is there a way to find out?08:19, July 21, 2011 (UTC).
Ava's Devices?[edit source]
The first time i fought the pest queen, i thought it was odd how the bolts didnt get attracted by the accumulator. Now that i fight the pest queen in the Dominion Tower, I use the alerter and i discover that it also fails to attract the bolts I use. (broad bolts, ruby (e), diamond (e), ect.) Is this problem native to me only or has anyone else experienced something similar? I was thinking of posting a trivia stating this fact. Input?

Dominion Tower vs the Quest[edit source]
The info about fighting the Pest Queen in the Dominion Tower is all mixed in with the info about the quest, and therefore very confusing. The info about the Dominion Tower needs to be stripped out and put in it's own section. Jimindc 01:21, February 19, 2012 (UTC)
Armour and specials[edit source]
Firstly, is it a good idea to use ganodermic armour for its high mellee and magic absorbsion? also, whilst i was fighting it in beta and had no spec, i used the "backhand" move and it seemed to stop her special attack. so this leads me to ask... Does the stun spell stop her special attack from progressing?
