- As a player since 2001 I have never heard the word "pack" attached to the phrase "mule" when referring to another account used to store items. When banks were introduced you could only store coins and when proper bank spaces were added mules were still used for people to store more than they had room for.
Packmules certainly werent "completely wiped out" on the 21st Jan 01 and were probably still used by some people until the trade limit update last year. -- Mercifull (Talk) 15:28, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

- I don't think this is a stub, it's just a short article. I only just found out about this concept (having been playing only since 2007), and I don't think that mules will be relevant in RuneScape from here on. So I think someone who knows more about it should expand this article as much as appropriate (which may be almost none) to reflect its historical relevance, and then remove the stub template.
