Appearance?[edit source]

Wouldn't it be better to use images for appearance rather than descriptions, much like what is done with the Tool leprechaun page? Gr33nday345 17:09, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Yeah I that what I thought. Maybe we can better change that column to race? I like the short list, then you can quickly see where you can rest. And we can put the images in the gallery under it. Adult chameleon (automatic).png Anurin Talk · Sign! . 17:12, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Buskers?[edit source]

Aren't these the same as Buskers? Undertakerhbk588 17:16, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Bad music?[edit source]

In the dev diary, a mod mentioned that one of the songs is really bad, which musician plays it?--Armadyl Helm‎Long Live ArmadylArmadyl Helm‎ 17:47, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

The Drunken musician near the forgotten cemetery Gr33nday345 17:48, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
That music is bad? I thought it was pretty good and not the hillarious mess that Jagex said it'd be. Then again Jagex does have terrible humor... - Toa of Vahki

well music is all subjective. some people think that death metal or rap is the worst thing ever made, but there are people who think it's really awesome.Axearmour1 04:36, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

Fiddle/Violin[edit source]

Musicians with fiddles and musicians with violins appear to be weilding the exact same instrument... is there any distinction between the 2? I.e music played? or is this an error on the editor's part? Gr33nday345 18:34, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

The fiddle is an informal name for any bowed string instrument. There are a few differences between each of the instruments, slight variation in size, timbre(tone colour), and bow holds to name a few.Axearmour1 04:35, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

Humors and humor.[edit source]

Two things:

1: The musician mentioning body humors likely refers to this Greek scientist whose ideas were most used in the middle ages (when RuneScape takes place). His name slips my mind, but I beleive it starts with an A.

2: The drunken musician really stinks. I dunno.

In closing, listen to the first one. -- 20:08, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

I'm assuming you mean Galen? E.T. Prod U (Talk) 14:32, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

Elf Graphical update?[edit source]

In the Trivia, it is stated that the Elf Musician has updated graphics compared to other elves, but I checked and I can't seem to notice any difference... her chathead is identical to Ilfeen etc. and her body seems to be the same too. But that's my opinion. Hippodo 3113 20:14, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Transparency[edit source]

Do we need to add transparency to all images of the musicians? I don't mind some scenery. Adult chameleon (automatic).png Anurin Talk · Sign! . 21:08, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

I'd say yes, scenery isn't needed. Karis Talk to me 21:09, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
I agree. Everything else has transparency. Karlis (talk) (contribs) 21:10, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

No music ...[edit source]

I can't hear any music anymore while listening to one... A bug, or glitch? Or why has it been removed? 17:10, October 3, 2010 (UTC)

Moritanian Accordion Ghost[edit source]

What is the piece this musician plays? I think it is a variation of Medieval but I am not sure enough to edit the article to such. This musician is located just outside of Mort Myre Swamp near the nature grotto.

Glitch?[edit source]

I think I found a glitch, someone might want to check this out or something.

Standing a small distance west from the soul wars portal in edgeville, just past the wall, but not past the ditch, just south of the tree, looking west, I can't see the musician that should be there. I can see the stones that he stands on and his packs and the musical note rising into the air, but I can't see the musician.

If I walk away, I can see him, but if I go back near that tree, I can't. There's nothing in the way, I just can't see him.

Tell me if you want a screenshot, I have one. Gpcfox 14:10, February 22, 2011 (UTC)

Another Glitch, re: resting[edit source]

Today I noticed that the 3x restore rate of life-points when resting at a musician is virtually nonexistent. In fact, my life points seem to restore as quick as if I were standing up. It is more efficient to rest NOT near a musician, i.e. perform a normal rest, to restore my LP than to use a musician. This is probably a bug, yes? Unless the 3x restore rate only applies to members? I'm currently a f2p user. --JV71.225.33.193 04:17, September 17, 2016 (UTC)
