Biased statement[edit source]
I just removed the following statement on this page:
- "For members, Runecrafting is very good money maker; despite being a free-to-play skill, free players have almost no long term profit potential from Runecrafting."
I have never been a fan of member chauvinism, but this one takes the cake for me. F2P Runecrafting is also a very good moneymaker... perhaps not as good as being a member but it is pretty dang good and can be trained at higher levels for a profit. Long term profit potential? If you want to see how much money you can make from crafting runes via F2P, just see Free-to-play Runecrafting training for how much you can earn. Several methods exist to earn over 100k per hour using only F2P methods (admittedly high level F2P runecrafters, but I'd call that serious money).
Crafting water runes may very well be more profitable than double nats. Seriously, statements like this is something that should never be tolerated, and try to remove such bias when seen. It is patently untrue anyway, but such bold POV statements really don't belong here either. --Robert Horning 13:00, September 18, 2009 (UTC)
Water Running[edit source]
What, no mention of water running? (For that matter, with 20+ rc, you can profit without an assist, which you can't do with air until the mid-fifties.) Echoflight 02:39, February 8, 2010 (UTC)
Dung ring?[edit source]
is it worth it to use the ring of kinship instead of the explorers ring or is explorers ring all around better?Peckham33 06:03, June 7, 2010 (UTC)
@pekham33 If you're using teleport tablets from the runecrafting guild, its better to use ring of kinship, but if you're water running without water teleport tablets, then it's better to use Explorer's ring 3 or 4
