Trivia[edit source]

Is there a reason my addition of Dungeoneering keeps getting removed? It is among the skills not demonstrated in the emote, and 99 Dungeoneering is required for the cape.

Edit: my bad, i see the Dungeoneering animation now. Misterio us 23:48, May 3, 2011 (UTC)misterio us

Trivia[edit source]

In the trivia it says that Dungeoneering isn't shown in the emote but isn't the reference to that skill how the rock gets here in the first place?? It comes with the animation when you go into the resource dungeon. Vecna skull.pngWildbeast300Dragon claw.png 19:24, May 3, 2011 (UTC)

About the emote....[edit source]

Dungeoneering is indeed used, it's how the rock falls in the first place, seen by the gatestone-like vine from top (also seen when entering resource dungeons).

Also Herblore is in the list of used skills, as the players drinks a potion right before activating turmoil.

I might be wrong on this one, but Constitution might be technically in use as well, as before drinking the potion I saw some sort of tuna... or whatever it was, it was white. Supposing tuna, that would be food to restore health, hence Constitution Soren1795 19:36, May 3, 2011 (UTC) Soren

Hmm[edit source]

Yes, I think that he ate a Tuna, remove that it doesn't use one skill then?

If there is a Tuna in the emote, shouldn't it go under Cooking? (which was neglected D:)

And Constitution can be the Creature's high endurance level which allowed it to survive all those attacks. >->

A sentence has been added to include cooking and constitution into the emote description. Fizzyliquid 03:59, May 4, 2011 (UTC)

Parts on the ranged has been changed, the player threw a chinchompa he caught at the golem's face, not a fireball.Fizzyliquid 04:01, May 4, 2011 (UTC)

Your right that is a chinchompa, then where is the firemaking in the emote?Tribal mask (blue).png § Omzizzle § Karamja gloves 3.png 15:24, May 4, 2011 (UTC)

The branches were set ablaze as he cut them. That's the special from the inferno adze. Fizzyliquid 05:49, May 5, 2011 (UTC)

AKA[edit source]

Umm pretty much everyone on the game calls in the virgin cape so why do you keep on removing it?  —The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk).

Yeah, I've never heard anyone call it that. --Andorin (Talk) (Contribs) 20:37, July 24, 2012 (UTC)
it's inappropriate and insulting as well; it doesn't belong on the wiki MolMan 20:39, July 24, 2012 (UTC)

Need someone who has not done Varrock diary (hard) or Falador diary (hard), to answer the following question:[edit source]

If you wear the Max Cape, can you get inside the Cooking guild without a chef's hat? (To answer, you must not have already completed the Varrock hard diary since one of the rewards is entry to the Cooking guild without a chef's hat.)

Similar question:

If you wear the Max Cape, can you get inside the Crafting guild without a brown apron? (To answer, you must not have already completed the Falador hard diary since one of the rewards is entry to the Crafting guild without a brown apron.) 23:41, March 6, 2013 (UTC)

Efficient way to get a max cape[edit source]

In this post I will be explaining the best ways to be efficient with your account and gaining of exp.

1. Be a member on the game. This is for members only sorry f2p people,

2.Have a credit card preferably someone else's as you don't want to waste your own money. I recommend trying parents, neighbors, teachers, ect ect.

3.Buy as many spins as you can per day and spin them. Buying during Jagex's promotional weekends will get you more xp.

4 Cover up your spending. You can't buy spins if the credit card your using doesn't work anymore so find a way to cover it up. You're going to have to be creative here and the methods will be different depending on who's card you are borrowing.

5. Wear that max cape with pride you earned it

You forgot botting no-lifing. Ozank Cx 13:59, May 22, 2014 (UTC)
Someone asked about which promos to spin Treasure Hunt, so I recommend either Smouldering lamps or Prismania. If you're stringent on money in game, feel free to use the keys on a protean pack promo or pulse cores. That or use it on bonds. OSR:EoC GP ratio was 15:1, so it may be worth buying OSR bonds instead, but transferring could be risky, so if paranoid just buy EoC bonds and wait for it to rise during a promo. --Jlun2 (talk) 18:41, September 2, 2015 (UTC)

Divination[edit source]

Well, I wonder if they actually redid the emote for this. Blaze_fire.png12.png 04:52, August 22, 2013 (UTC)

Max guild teleport[edit source]

I wonder what the teleport option'll do if you haven't completed the quest, and if you use it between having completed the quest, but before watching the cutscene when first entering the city... IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 18:17, September 22, 2014 (UTC)

Guess the answer is the same to both: "You don't yet have access to the Max guild in Prifddinas." IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 17:50, September 23, 2014 (UTC)
All you have to do is enter the city for the first time. Then the teleport'll work, regardless of whether you've entered the Max guild before. IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 18:02, September 23, 2014 (UTC)

Best Bank Teleport now?[edit source]

So does Max Cape actually teleport you right beside a bank? Puretppc (talk) 01:57, November 25, 2014 (UTC)

As long as you toggle it to do so, yes. Quest.png Gaz Lloyd 7:^]Events!99s 02:27, November 25, 2014 (UTC)

Players having level 99 in every skill[edit source]

Wasn't there a script for calculating the amount of players having level 99 in every skill, thus calculating those eligible to wear a max cape, dynamically? Raffaello (talk) 18:07, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
