Probably not, since until now no bonus exp has ever worked on one-time rewards and points-based rewards like penguins, lamps, tomes, quests, tears, etc. ^T_H^A_R^K_O^N 22:35, January 1, 2012 (UTC)

And neither does Wisdom, I've reported this as a bug and posted on RS forums a few times already since the release, but Jagex has yet to fix this. ^T_H^A_R^K_O^N 20:28, April 1, 2012 (UTC)
