Percentage?[edit source]

What does the percentage next to "Currently Needed Resources"? It states 1%... does this mean 1% to go, or 1% has been collected?   az talk   15:26, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

The percentage shown is the amount collected so far. Cam1000100 (talk) 16:42, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

Steps?[edit source]

What does it mean that rebuilding the ground floor walls are steps 3-8? Does it mean you have to get stone and mortar to 100% completion 5 times before the walls are built? 04ismailjj6 (talk) 19:16, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

I forgot to log in. 04ismailjj6 (talk) 19:16, October 30, 2013 (UTC)
The interface seems to suggest that. IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 19:25, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

Correct, each time a step is completed the building progresses slowly into being completed. After all the steps of a given section of the building are done they will move on to the next part of rebuiling, each itself having its own steps to completion. Once all the steps are done (66 for Explorer Jack's house) then the house will be complete. Then they progress to the next building that requires a rebuild. pjJ4pBM.png Abyssal vine whip.png 21:09, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

Rebuilding stages and reward unlocks[edit source]

I was able to receive a large lamp last night after gathering rubble. Was this part of the glitch, or are they still available? I'm confused by the image - the first stage reward isn't unlocked yet, but second and third stage rewards available. 22:27, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

See the first trivia point. Small recharge gem.png AnselaJonla Slayer-icon.png 22:29, October 30, 2013 (UTC)
Lol yes, that is the point I was asking about. I guess you are trying to say that yes, that is what the specific glitch was and yes, it has been fixed. If so, perhaps we should get an updated rewards panel image or note that the current one is incorrect. (I am unable to log in currently to grab an image or see if it has been changed.) Anyway thanks... 22:51, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

Collecting resources[edit source]

Is there any reason to continue to collect resources after you have reached your 1500 points cap? AS Titan (talk) 23:06, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

You can't collect resources after hitting your cap? I got a message saying I'd hit my cap for the day. It's a little annoying because it only takes like 3 minutes to do the event. I wanted to collect and store more resources when I noticed the piles change graphics depending on how much is in them. 04ismailjj6 (talk) 23:12, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

Template?[edit source]

Isn't there a template that we can put up about how this is an ongoing event and that because of that, details may change? I would put it up, but I'm not sure if there is one and I don't know where is is.Blizzardfoot*May StarClan light your path!* 23:15, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

There is one I added it to the page. It's called the ((current)) template. 04ismailjj6 (talk) 23:27, October 30, 2013 (UTC)

Progress[edit source]

According to this page they are already busy with the frames of explorer jack's house but I am currently online and they are still busy with the walls. Is this a glitch or something Jantje132 (talk) 18:57, October 31, 2013 (UTC)

Due to a previous glitch that happened earlier today the buildings state was reset back to Step 1. We have only just managed to get it back up to near the ground walls completion, still a few steps away from where it was before it was reset. The info on the page was correct at the time of completion first time round. pjJ4pBM.png Abyssal vine whip.png 19:19, October 31, 2013 (UTC)

If they keep resetting it will be impossible to complete. By the way what was the glitch? Jantje132 (talk) 19:31, October 31, 2013 (UTC)

Memorial Stone Progress[edit source]

The in-game meter for the memorial stone still reads 0%. As the time I'm writing this is 16:21 EDT, I have to wonder if Jagex screwed up again, or no-one bothered to pile up stone. Terriffic. :P -- ThatOneCH00B 20:23, November 2, 2013 (UTC)

Well I just collect 4 times, 25 each time and it's at 0%. Looks like they screwed up, it should have moved to 1% at least. it's not to be built it seems. Unless you can only be at Runefest to do that bit. Jaspotn (talk) 20:27, November 2, 2013 (UTC)
23:23 GMT here and it's still at 0%. I hope it's just because the counter is bugged, but the pessimist in me is saying it's because Jagex set the bar too high like they did with the Tribute Stone and not enough people have contributed to the memorial to make it work. A lot of people in-game don't even know about the Rebuildathon and even less seem to know about the memorial. I guess we'll know tomorrow whether the memorial was completed or not.04ismailjj6 (talk) 23:26, November 2, 2013 (UTC)

World event[edit source]

How is the Lumbridge Rebuildathon not a world event? It is an event which changes the game world permanently. My contributionsTHARKONSignatures I made 17:03, November 7, 2013 (UTC)

It is not classified by Jagex as a "World Event". That category is reserves for mass scale world changing events, not a holiday event where people rebuild poor old Lumbridge. IP83.101.44.209 (talk) 17:15, November 7, 2013 (UTC)
It's not an official World Event. Jagex seem to be only considering events in which 2 Gods are pitted against each other as World Events, based on what we know of WE1, WE2 and WE3. You're correct in that the Lumbridge Rebuildathon could probably be considered an unofficial World Event since it permanently changes the game world for all players but officially it's a replacement for a Halloween event as Jagex wants events to tie in with the RS Gameworld better. 04ismailjj6 (talk) 17:19, November 7, 2013 (UTC)
Jagex logic strikes again. My contributionsTHARKONSignatures I made 22:42, November 10, 2013 (UTC)

Camps?[edit source]

Does anyone know what will happen to the leftover camps after the event? The Saradomin one is almost completely dismantled but the Zamorak one is almost all there. Will they both be removed entirely or left as they are as a reminder? It would make sense in-game if the citizens cleared the rest of the camps off-screen, but has anyone heard anything about it? 04ismailjj6 (talk) 00:17, November 9, 2013 (UTC)

i noticed that too... i think they mentioned in BTS 75 that the camps will be dismantled.   az talk   01:03, November 9, 2013 (UTC)
Don't forget the event is not over yet. Players can still cap every day by collecting resources (supposedly for a future project). My contributionsTHARKONSignatures I made 22:42, November 10, 2013 (UTC)

Title[edit source]

My membership ended nearly two weeks ago, yet I was still able to obtain the "Builder" title and display it on f2p world. Is it some sort of bug, allowing every player to obtain it (if they helped in the event) or is something like post-membership hiscores (after every membership I'm displayed on hiscores for like two more weeks)?--Mariobaryla (talk) 15:44, November 10, 2013 (UTC)

There was a bug that allowed the title to be claimed by F2P, maybe this wasn't fixed yet or maybe Jagex decided to no fix it and just make the title free. My contributionsTHARKONSignatures I made 22:42, November 10, 2013 (UTC)

Glitch?[edit source]

For some reason when I'm near the memorial tent or Hank's fishing store, I stil see the old version (tent not fountain, destroyed building not repaired).  Has anyone else got this, and what do I do? 20:06, November 26, 2013 (UTC)

As you may have already noticed on the forums a lot of people, probably everyone, are seeing this. The Saradomin and Zamorak camps are partially rebuilt as well. My contributionsTHARKONSignatures I made 00:39, November 29, 2013 (UTC)
