There seems to be some confusion.  Does this weapon use Bolt Racks or Bolts (regular, gem-tipped and/or enchanted)?

I thought this was non-degradeable?  My set just got the (used) suffix added when i equipped them to use a mith grapple. Also, now untradeable. I've used bolt racks on them before, with no penalties, so what's the deal?
