I think there is no fixed time for how long it takes eggs to hatch. It could possibly be random. The article says it takes 30 minutes, mine took 1 hour (Penguin egg), and a guy who recently reported a problem said it took 3 hours. I R Zaros 10:11, 30 July 2008 (UTC)

I put a chameleon egg in at maybe 1pm today, still not ready at 1am although i was logged out and somewhere else says you need to be logged in for the time

dragon eggs

It could be possible that the dragon eggs take varying times to hatch depending on the color....my friend plays only an hour or two a day and it took her 4 days to grow her black, i grew a blue and black and both times it took less than 2 days, however i play far more than she does. It seems the incubation timer only counts down while you're actually logged in, looking at some of the other egg pages. Duffmaaan (talk) 05:02, July 2, 2013 (UTC)
