While this article says that the Gallimastyx has a consistent combat level throughout dungeoneering- 16- I've just taken a screenshot showing that at least one is level 18, instead of 16. I haven't seen enough of these creatures to memorize if theyr'e all level 18, or some are level 18, while others are 16.
