Does it really only give up to 10? I received one, claimed it, and it said I had 11 tries. I've never even once gone to one of the Fish Flingers NPCs either. --Touhou FTW 04:50, June 8, 2012 (UTC)

I think people have confused the extra tickets they may have gotten when the minigame was released with extra tickets given by the voucher. I've claimed multiple vouchers and only gotten 1 ticket each, which is consistent with the examine text. 114.75.160.252 20:19, June 25, 2012 (UTC)
