Dyeable items?

There should be a list of dyeable items. I know capes and some quest items can be dyed, but which quest items, exactly? Are team capes (or some other capes) dyeable? And, if any, what else?

I'm not a member so I don't know much (especially about pink/black/white inks and member quests + capes), so can anyone help?

P.S. Should also state if the item is members' or not when adding the list.
