Should I take out that statement about mages disabling rangers sheild's.It seems like a way to scam unknowing players out of their money. --Whiplash 15:24, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
The Statement in Question:
A little known trick in the duel arena when fighting a ranger is to disallow shield use during the duel, this stops your opponent from using a bow, (most crossbows can still be used) this way they cannot attack you, especially if other forms of combat are turned off, this is very useful especially if you have both staked, just recently I dueled a player who was a ranger (I am a mage), we both staked 2 million coins, and because Shield use was turned off he couldn't attack me and died, I earned 2 million in 22 seconds not bad at all by anyone's standards!
- I've deleted the bit in question, it's considered bug abuse. Does it still work, even? It's been on the bug page for absolutely ages... JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 18:03, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
